e my sister n i both ordered dinet sets, she ordered a set of twin beds with hers and i ordered a sofa table. the delivery date was set for the following wednesday, they clled to say that they were having trouble with the delivery truck, the delivery date would be on early friday morning between 9am and noon, finally they answered we talked to lena, she told us that she never gave us a time of delivery but that the truck was being loaded up now and should be at our house in the next 1 1/2, i made sure i called the sales man we dealt with JOSEPH, he told me he has nothing to do with delivey, i told him we were gettin the run around and treated unprofessinally, he said to say to lena that she would loose her job if this continued, well i spoke to her, and she promised that the furnisher was on its way, then time came and went by. 3:30 we started calling the company, kept getting busy signals or no answer, finally the truck arrived @ our home, only to find that I was missing my table top to my dinet set, my sister was missing bed rails, we tried calling and so did the delivery guy, now we are @ the mercy of this company. So we went ahead and with our future plans before dealing with this company, only to find when we arrived home @ 2:30am that saturday morning that the company arrived to deliver the rest of our furniture @ 8:30pm that night, and when I walked into my apartment, I found my table laying stretched out across my dining room floor fully UNASSEMBLED, i was outragged. Soon as the company was opened I clled JOSEPH, he was very unapoligatic. HE KEPT MAKING EXCUSES LIKE,, didnt you read the sign over my head, $50.00 FOR SET UP ON FURNISHER, I told him i wanted my money back, HE EXCLAIMED THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY, AND HE COULD NOT HELP ME, THIS KIND OF STUFF HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH FURNISHER, HOW HE ORIGINALLY HAD A SET UP CREW THEY QUIT BECUZZ OF THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT, I TOLD HIM I DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT, THAT, I WANTED A REFUND HE EXPLAINED THAT HE WASNT GIVING ME ONE. I TOLD HIM I WOULD LET EVERY THAT ASK ME ABOUT THIS COMPANY SURELY NO THAT THEY ARE A UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING AND HAD VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. SOO PLEZZZZ PASS THE WORD. DOOO NOT SHOP HERE PLEZZZZZZZZ

I wish I would have paid closer attention to the reviews. Stores like this feed on the fact that they believe that poor people can get better customer service which is an absolute lie. We do business in the areas that we live because it close. But in the day and age of internet we can get better deal without leaving our home. I have been waiting weeks for rest of the pieces to my bed room set. I orders bunk beds, a kitten table and a queen bedroom set. it came to my home with the bunk beds, the kitchen set my bed and mirror, no dresser. Being a kind and understanding person i called they said the dress was back orders. I liked the way the bed looked so much that day I went on to order the night stands and chest of drawers. I was told that all the pieces would be picked up together and delivered to me in 8 days. On delivery day I call to insure my items were come I was insured that they would be there that was at 9.00am I called again every two hours and was told the same thin my dresser finally arrived at 6pm I was POed. The next day the sweet kind loving me when to the store the lost my order after sitting in the store calmly for about 40 mints i was to told it was back order I should receive it in 7days. On day 7 i went to the store still they cant find my order and after 20 mins its still back ordered and I should it tomorrow. and now that is today i just called is noon they can still cant find my order I know better than to shop in with pariahs. DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL

I paid for a bed with a matress for $400 and they said it will deliver on Tuesday by 5 pm. On the same day I called to make sure it will be delivered. They said it is not ready yet it needs one more day. We went to their store trying to get it the same day as they said at first, but the seller called Emad tried very hard to convince us to take the queen bed with the same price as we paid for the full and we dont have to pay the delivery charge. At the same day the bed has delivered to my apartment but without assembling. We called Emad asking how are going to sleep without assembled bed ! he said he can send someone the next day for &79 to assemble the bed ! Although he wasnt on time, he cheated us and wasnt clear. I dont know if the new bed worths the same price or not. I dont know the brand just he said it is similar to ashleys. DONT BUY FROM THEM unless you have time to spend going to their store because they will never answer the phone.

The last 9 reviews are 5/5 stars? Seriously? Take a look at the first 4-5 reviews of this place. Shady business. Shady people. I had the exact same scenario as the person posted on March 20th, 2010. Three different delivery dates with excuses why they didnt show up. Received loaner end tables until mine were in stock? Who does that? Not to mention I was never told until I opened the unassembled box to find out they were the wrong color. Apparently mine were on backorder. After 2 months back and forth with the Better Business Bureau, they said mine were back in stock. Then when they deliver them, they werent even from the same manufacturer!! Why was I waiting so long if they werent even coming from the same place?!!!! I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS JOSEPH BECAUSE YOU ARE SCANDALOUS!!!!

Service sucks. My new tenant had furniture delivered to her only to find out that they didnt bring everything including a couch. How do you forget a whole piece of furniture. Not to mention she have to wait for them to bring it a couple of days later. Did I mention that the movers broke my door window and after numerous calls I had to go up to the store only to find out the the stores that cut glass was closed so I have to wait until Monday being that is was Saturday and they closed on Sunday. I still havent got my window fixed so Im on my way up to the store. Terrible service I will never in life do business with them. IT IS ALSO FURNITURE STORES ON THE SAME BLOCK AND ACROSS THE STREET. THEY DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO KNOW SO KEEP THIS IN MIND.

went in for the first time ( good experience) then went in to pay for everything alright experience ( but on the speaker phone ... lady said she didnt get her pillows, guy told them she was lying while on speaker phone... ) should have walked out then..) then when we got our stuff. table missing pieces table broken chair missing parts. would not replace the whole set wanted to do it piece by piece. had to call them repeatedly to get the stuff and send pics... a brand new set with deflects. gave us the wrong living room tables. they keep having mis-communication. they would say one then then say another... worst service ever.... wont go again.
