We stopped in the Gurnee location tonight to buy 12 office chairs. We asked for help from an associate named Austin. This experience was likely the worst we have ever had in a store. As my husband was looking on the shelf to count how many of the chairs we wanted were available-Austin yelled "Dont touch those." - In the rudest tone possible. When we asked why we couldnt touch the boxed chairs -he got more rude and kept calling my husband "Dude." Even after we asked not to be referred to ask dude, he continued almost like it was the only word he knew. We asked for a manager as his attitude was horrible, the manager never arrived- so we left and took our large order elsewhere. I would like to be contacted regarding this experience. I dont think we have ever seen such poor customer service. He was a young immature punk that needs training and much more. As we were leaving he continued making snarky comments. To call customers "dude"- was very strange and unprofessional.

Wasnt acknowledged for 15 minutes waiting, then was being helped and person never came back resulting in more waiting and me eventually leaving.

Its still here and open. Only place in town you can find an assortment of protractors. Just like you remember from the nineties.
