Michael Guetzo at your AT&T Hodgkins store is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I took a dear friend with brain cancer in to help her with her laptop and cell phone, which he found have been non-functioning since February. Michael was able to download and fix both forms of communication. The difference in her spirit was absolutely a dream and true blessing.
