I realize the wait time may be long while another customer ahead is being taken care of. But I think overall, in todays world, too many of us are impatient and unreasonable. Service is a two way street. If we treat the customer service reps and wait staff that wait on us well then they might be more inclined to treat the next person well (paying it forward). If the wait was too long at the time of day you tried the store try back another time (maybe early in the morning right when the store opens). It is not the stores fault that there are "other customers" shopping also. You and I are not the only people in the world. Anyway thats my take on customer service...and with that attitude in mind I think Ive gotten better service at most places than going there acting like the world revolves around me. Companies spend so much money on training sales reps on good customer service...but what society really needs is a mandatory course on "manners" or "being a decent human being/good customer". Now about this store. I did not feel pressured to buy something I did not want and I was told about options that I didnt even ask about. And yes it did take a while for the rep to help me choose what I wanted (sorry about that if you had to wait) but the rep did a great job making sure I got what I paid for. Overall the reps at this store a very good.

I had the digitizer replace on S4 a few months ago and they did it for 200.00 which I thought was very reasonable considering I had done some prior research and found that It would cost me 200.00 to get the replacement part. Im sure they get some sort of discount when they buy one. They did the job and the phone worked great - only weird thing was the they would only except cash for the repair. I went in today to have the same repair done and they wanted 230.00 for the same repair, and when I told the guy I just had it done for 200.00 recently he told me the cost of parts went up, I came home and found that the cost of the part in fact had gone down. I would pass on this place, it seems there is some kind of price gouging going on depending on who you deal with. This along with the cash only thing gives me an uneasy feeling, I decided to look elsewhere for a more professional experience. I just dont feel like they are trustworthy.

From the min you walk into the store they make sure that you are taken care of, they will answer EVERY single question you have, which for me is a good thing, and they remain prefessional and patient at all times. When i went in the store i was on the tmobile even more plus plan which means once you sign up for that plan you are unable to do any upgrades, therefore if you want a new phone you have to pay full price ($450-550). The tmobile call center rep never informed me of that when i switched plans. So when it was time for me to upgrade Mike was able to call and have them adjust my plan back to the original one i had before the goofy one. I am very thankful because it saved me a good 250 bucks from not having to buy the phone out right. He could have easliy told me there was nothing he could do about it and charge me full price, but in stead he Immediately tried to help me out with my dilemma. Now thats great customer service!

T-Mobile phone support told me to stop by ANY T-Mobile store to get a micro SIM card for the new phone. Very clearly they said that that SIM will be free because I already had one and it did not work. They also noted that on the account. This stores sales person flat out refused to even look at the account, saying: "Nope. Any SIM we give is a $20 charge. No need to look at the account." I wasted time going to this store - and had to go to the farther one in Oakbrook Terrace. In Oakbrook Terrace store the whole free micro SIM card thing with account lookup took 10 minutes - including a purchase of the screen protector for Nexus 5.

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH! Walked in to inquire about adding an existing At&t phone to a Tmobile account. They werent able to help us with the cancellation fee, but they did much better! Not only did we walk out with 2 covers for our phones, they were able to unlock a phone with At&t so it is able to work on the Tmobile network, saving us hundreds of dollars (and save me from a very sad boyfriend who really loves his phone)! Great work Guys! I will refer EVERYONE I know to your store! Good luck and stay in business so I can come back and visit whenever I need anything!

Brought my family in to take advantage of the latest Uncarrier phase: having our ETFs paid off so we can switch. I went in a day earlier to talk with Moody and get everything worked out. He answered every question or knew where to go to get the answer. Moody, Mike, and Remy went above and beyond to make the switch as easy as possible. Theyre a great team! Very personable, patient, and kept a great attitude even while the store was packed. I will happily send more people to this store!

Mike is a great guy with a very kind and respectful heart. When i went in there i got 5 phones unlocked with a good discount. And also open up new contracts I have never been more happier and satisfied leaving that store with the best customer service. He even through me free charges! On top of all that i sent in my girl friend and her family to open up new lines its been almost 2 years and theyve never been happier. Thank u mike for ur honesty and your best customer service. :)!

THESE GUYS ROCK!!!! They are super knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. There is a HUGE difference between a privately owned store vs. a corporate owned t-mobile store and here is a perfect example. The store manager Mike is awesome. He gives you real options and at every opportunity he tries to save you money. I am seriously going to tell everyone I know. Thank you!!! e.k.

If you want the best deals on phones, plans and service.. Definitely go to these guys.. They will match any offer and beat it. I used to be on At&t and was hesitant to switch but when the reps showed how fast T-mobile customer care was.. I had to switch over. At&t kept me on hold for at least 10 mins every time I called them and T-mobile it went straight through. Will be going back to them for renewal on my family plan.

I went there after reading the reviews online. I thought the reviews are probably fake but I will check them out. I was looking to switch between Sprint account to a T-Mobile account. I have say these guys are awesome. They did a great job helping me out. They took the time to set up my new account and transfer my stuff between phones. Thanks Mike and Remi (I think thats how you spell their names)

I feel like they actually LISTENED to us & gave us the family plan that we NEEDED and not just tried to sell us the most expensive plan on their list. Seriously, this my fav tmobile store from now on just because of their honesty that day. (& I know its probably irrelevant but I liked how new and spacious it felt as compared to other tmobile stores lol.)
