Your representative Jose needs recognition by upper management and with customer service like this, would win anyone over. I truly appreciate his service from A to Z... I felt like I had red carpet treatment from the start. He was very accommodating and I appreciate every effort he made to make me feel special. Lets put it this way... I got scammed here, salesmans manager came over to help with the account and starts clicking buttons for the salesman. The price jumps from what I expected and the manager tells me its due to the one time enrollment fee and itll go down next month. I get home and check online what I enrolled in, I find out Ive been enrolled in a very expensive plan I did not want and even the insurance plan I signed saying I did not want is also on there. DO NOT GO HERE, if you do and a manager joins the sale LEAVE IMMEDIATELY he will jack up your plan and youll have to fight someone over the phone to get it changed.

I have never had a more wonderful customer service experience! My phone decided its time had come after less than a year having it, but Laela helped us to tweak our bill so that I could get a new, better one, without moving our bill much at all. She spent about two hours with us, showing me phone options as well as the pros and cons of each (and was patient as I freaked out over making a decision!). She went above and beyond and looked into the details of our monthly bill to see where money could be saved. Overall, an incredible experience that we wont soon forget!

They are cool, friendly and very helpful. Jose is awesome and very knowledgeable. He was willing to help me on a trade in/billing issue that was time consuming and very frustrating to fix but kept at it until the problem got resolved. They have a very nice setup at their store. Definitely should check it out if you are looking for new phones or are unhappy with your current provider. Always have different promos or deals going on on various phones. Verizon isnt the cheapest but they do have the best service and customer service.

I walked in to the new store and instantly I saw Laela . She not only helped me she also has saved me and my family a nice chunk of money. I could have been saving it for awhile but nobody from a different store ever pointed it out to me. This was the greatest experience I ever had at a Verizon store .
