So purchased a phone case and screen protector and a speaker from emily m for the Samsung 7 spent 30$ extra to protect new phone and found out this case wasnt the correct fit my phone flew out of the case fell on floor and screen got cracked when I went in there to tell her the case she sold me wasnt the right fit and the screen protector didnt protect it she got a smart attitude and told me so its my fault you dropped your phone when I told her I didnt drop it the phone fell out of the case she didnt care that other customers wher in store she got a nasty attitude and was really rude the other customers walked out of how nasty she was and claim shes the manager when I chose to speak to someone else she also claimed I picked the case when she offer me the case and I bought it thinking it was the right fit i will never go in that store again shes rude ugly attitude and every time u go in store it seems its empty couse she comes out of the back poking her nose I recommend not to shop there shes only concern to sell stuff not the correct size and very cheap quality shes an over weight pig and shouldnt be employed at metro it really upset me as a customer having 4 lines with them and purchasing other merchindse from them 400$ worth in two weeks to get a horrible customer service .

Ok store but customer service from metro pcs is not good they scam people, one of the bigest scams is not being able to pay on line. They make you go to store and pay an extra 3 dollars a month to support their franchises
