Please go to the actual Sprint store. This place is the worst store in the area. I have received two replacement phones in the last 2 weeks. When I went back in to get myTHIRD replacement, they said it was the battery and my insurance doesnt cover it. The girl said that they sold them for 55 dollars!! I went to the real Sprint store and wondered why I didnt come sooner. On top of it all I drop my batterys off at this location so they can charge the batteries while I waited for my third replacement to come in and they dont even charge the second battery!!! If you deal with the sales rep with the funky hair or the middle eastern guy, you might as well prepare yourself for a headache! They are not capable of thinking about the customer but more about how they can waste your time. The only reason I give it one star is because nobody reads zero star ratings. Dont go here, go to a real store!

Wow it sounds like you guys have no idea what youre talking about. I love this store and find the staff to be very knowledgeable. If you think a third party site handles your replacement you must have smashed or got your phone wet idiot "c" Ashley the store Manager is a great person and knows allot about Sprints products and services. The head technician is the best and most well versed technician I have ever encountered and he has been able to fix my phone every time I bring it in or show me what to do every time I have a question. This is without a doubt my store for life. It seems like most imbeciles these days only write reviews when theyre upset they didnt get their way... Sounds childish and makes you seem uneducated. And the "middle eastern guy" is very intelligent and can probably give a lesson in manners

Went in with a broken phone to get a new one ordered or replaced. I was told this by Sprint, they even gave me the address. Upon arriving I was given the walk around that they dont replace phones anymore and theres a 3rd party site that handles it now. I know they do as I have had 4 phones replaced at this location. People working there have no clue what steps to take to achieve anything; they tried selling me a new phone...Well after wasting my time and getting no where I left and called the Sprint rep again. of course as he said before, I was to go and get my phone replaced there... Being a store on the Sprint site you would think they were able to at least have training but I guess not.. Worthless store stay away from it.

What a crappy store, really stupid people behind the counter it has been this way since I first started using sprint. Service tech told me that he could not fix the problem because the problem was not accruing so when the problem of the phone not turning was accruing I took it back to sprint for them to determine the problem instead he removes the battery and reboots the phone and then tells me that technology is a funny thing...so in other words you dont know what is wrong with the phone...no...I could have done that at home what a waste of time and then I left. I can not recommend American wireless to any one they consistently employ unmotivated people.

Horrible store. The manager is deceptive just to get new phone purchases. I went in with a dead battery, but the manager told me my phone was dead. Of course I proceed to get a new phone, and after the fact, I switched batteries from my new phone to old, and my old phone works perfectly. I called Sprint customer service and they are just a crooked. They said they can do nothing about individual stores. A CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I would not trust anyone at that store and will not be back!

What they dont tell you is that service hours close at 6, sometimes earlier. You can make an appointment on the Sprint website, but they dont take appointments here. They are aware of the issue and unapologetic about the fact. The website had me at an appointment at 6:45. When I showed up they told me service hours had been over since 5:30- they closed early it seems. They basically told me I was out of luck. Latest in a long line of bad experiences here. Youll probably have better luck at another store.

I wnet in with my Palm Pre, not able to hear or be heard. Ashley and Larry did everything they could to get it working. When it was determioned that the speaker and mix was shot, they replaced the Pre with a loaner to hold me until my replacement would come in. I use my phone at work and there are over 300 contacts. without being able to make calls would make it impossible to work. They listened to my concerns and provided a solution that worked. Thank you for listening to me and the service I received.

Dont waste your time here. They couldnt even find my account. Then started telling me that I didnt pay my bill, so I dont exist in the system. Uh, I have a phone in my hand right here that is on and active! What?.... "Then I dont know what to tell you". "Just go to the corporate store". Hmm. I know what to tell you, but will restrain myself. I wish I could give you zero stars.

Amazing Staff, Amazing Service, Amazing Store. This is one of the best Sprint Stores that I have ever dealt with. The staff will go to any lengths to insure that I am Very Satisfied. They are well trained and always make me feel welcome. I recommend this location to all my friends. The new manager Hubert and his staff Vince, Alex and Erik and terrific.

Went in to add another line to my current contract and took over two hours of my time to switch my previous number to the new line. Just kept telling me to wait and wait until the number transfers. They leave you and try and take care of another customer to make commission. Also told me they'd waive activation fees but that didn't happen.
