Im giving 5 stars because the girl that helped me was awesome, but I was a little disappointed at the types of service theyre able to provide. She did absolutely everything she could to help me with account maintenance, but was very limited to what could be done without calling customer care. It just sucks to take the time to go into the store, just to end up having to have someone call customer care for you. The girl was 100% willing to help, even though I wasnt buying anything, so that was very nice to see. When Im ready to buy a new phone, Id go back to this store.

I have never received such great service than I did today at the TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer in Palos Park. Daniel L., the young man who assisted me, was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, polite, courteous, and respectful. He provided quality service and took such great pride in his work. He is absolutely rude and disgusting with his mouth and the fact that he flashes condoms to female he should of been fired from the first complaint I ever made. Conflicting price information given between associates. Was promised one phone number and given another. Then sent me home with a bad SIM card. Made me call them to remind them to start the phone swap process. Nice and friendly employees but not a single thing went smoothly.

Only one employee most of the time so it only takes one person with a major phone issue to shut the place down for an hour or two. I would go to another store before this one.
