I went in recently and had the most incompetent experience Ive had in many years regarding customer service. My wi-fi has completely stopped working on my iPhone 4S and I read on the Apple website that if a network setting reset doesnt work, you may need to go into the store to have it fixed. I went in and worked with the most incompetent sales associate named Celeste. She told me exactly what the problem was, then said "Okay, Ill first try a soft reset and then a hard reset." While she was doing this, I asked if the cellular data that had been used (since my wifi was broken) could be credited to my account. Her broken-record response was "call customer service, call customer service, call customer service". I AM IN A VERIZON STORE, arent you meant to help me? She reset it and it didnt work, so she did a hard reset and a prompt popped up saying i had to connect my phone to Itunes to continue. Her response was "ohh...I didnt know that would happen. I dont know what to do. I guess you can go to the Apple store in ORLAND PARK and have it fixed." WHAT. I dont get upset with sales associates. I worked in retail for years and am working retail for the holidays, so I understand what unwarranted anger is misplaced on one person. But this was 100% her fault. She literally took my phone and didnt know what she was doing. And then her response was "ooh..." I have never complained on yelp before, but I had to. This is the biggest example of incompetence Ive ever experienced. I drove all the way back to my apartment in the city, finished the process, and oh, it still doesnt work. So thanks Celeste, you did nothing. DONT USE CELESTE. SHE IS COMPLETELY TERRIBLE AT HER JOB. I am calling the manager tomorrow.

My wife and I stopped in today (they were NOT busy) and expected good service, based on prior experience. My wife wanted to upgrade her iphone. We were in the store 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. My wife walked right past the podium with a young lady standing there - not a word. Not even a "Hello" be with you soon. I finally asked at the counter for the manager. A guy standing there (Jose) was talking to another employee and simply ignored us. I finally mentioned the wait and he was totally indifferent. I told him we had been there for 20 min. and he said "so what can I do for you? No apology. At this point, with his attitude, we walked out. I dont understand how they stay in business with such poor manners. I understand the real manager is named Andrea. If she reads this and cares at all, shell have words with Jose and her staff about customer service. We wont be back - looking at AT&T as a result of this.

Used Store Phone To Call Customer Service They were Fixing My Problem while on Hold Scumbag Manager went into the Back Room & Hung Up on me,Then Came out To say they Hung Up On You. Really, Im Not Blind ! They Lie & Will Make It as Hard as Possible To Do anything for you In Your Favor, They Do Not Like To Help You in Any Way,Shape or Form. They Are Out For Themselves & Whatever it Takes For The Company To Get as Much Money out of you as They Can. They Could Care Less About You The Customer. Expect a Big Hassle Everytime To Get Anything From Them To Help You Expecially When There The Ones That Screwed It Up In The Fisrt Place. RUN ! RUN as fast as you can & Dont Look Back! Use T-MOBILE OR AT&T !

Great experience with this store. Elliot came to my business to talk about different business needs. He was very friendly and profesional. We ended up switching from ATT for a lower price and better plan. Once we decided to go ahead and switch Elliot gave the information to Luis at the store. Luis was awesome, making the transition as painless as possible. Since then he has been available for any needs/questions we have had. I would definitely recommend Verizon and especially this store.

Very polite yet by the book inflexible. They closed the store early and would not put a complimentary plastic protector film- they wanted an extra 24 dollars for that. Also, they refused to give another phone to replace the first one I had bought just before claiming once it left the store it was a final deal. This is just good business sense in the utilitarian customer as volume objectives in the other hand some knowledgeable persons will avoid the store like a glum McDonalds.

My mother went here to purchase an iPhone and was promised by a sales representative that they would apply an upgrade available to her line, negating the cost of the phone. She was charged full retail price regardless, and was not allowed to back out of the contract despite the representatives error. I dont know if this was a mistake or deliberate, but this is not the first time this store has inconvenienced or misled us and we will not be going back to this location.

I dont understand! When I had service with Verizon, I tested 2 different Sim card from tmobile, it worked. Once I cancelled my service with them, and tred to use my Verizon phone with tmobile, my phone isnt working its just saying Sim card not from Verizon. And now I activate my phone with Verizon. And now I tried a tmobile Sim card and it workes. And they say that they dont block phone anymore....thats bullshit. Then Ill cancel my service with Verizon soon......

I came over to get some information on replacement phone. The unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, no class manager told me to GET OUT of the store. His name is Jose Moreno. Do not work with this individual. He will belittle you and treat you like dirt. I was humiliated in front of his employees and other customers in the store. I have filed a complaint to verizon and waiting for a response from corporate office.

Dont go. This store is unprofessional and irresponsible. Turned in a iPhone for device upgrade was told would receive a credit a month later and numerous calls to customer care and the store its self issue still hasnt been resolved. Manger says hes confused. Very stressful experience

Staff was helpful. I came in on a Saturday and didnt have to wait long at all. Of course, they thoroughly confused me when talking about price (I upgraded my phone and they never told me the final price, gave me a receipt, etc), but thats to be expected with a phone store.

If you have a GRANDFATHERED UNLIMITED DATA PLAN Beware, Verizon reps may change your plan WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION and try to confuse you with the NEW VERIZON PLAN. TOTALLY DIFFERENT and may Disappoint MAJOR LEAGUE in the future, especially when Verizon announce 5G

This location had 6 employees doing nothing. The girl who helped me not only had attitude but was completely lost. I have had Veizon for 14 years. After research, AT&T offers much better service. Terrible Customer service, and its a corporate location!!
