Read all the way to the bottom, because the end is the absolute best (worst) part. If I could leave negative stars I would. My daughter broke her screen on her iPad, and trying to teach her the value of a dollar, and her own things, I made her pay to have it repaired. I found this place through Groupon, drove an hour to drop it off, they told me the Groupon I purchased wasnt valid, but gave me a "deal". When we picked up the iPad a few days later and brought it home to her, she turned it on and there was a strange sound and suddenly there were lines going through the screen.When I called them, they told me shed obviously done something to it (she hadnt, we watched her turn it on) and wed have to pay full price to have it fixed again. After being called a liar (for real), I asked to speak to the manager, who was equally rude, but agreed to fix it for "cost". I drove it another hour out to them, paid again, and waited for it to be fixed, and drove out there to pick it up (another hour) a few days later, where the original knucklehead that I spoke to tried to continue to argue with me, in front of other customers. Fast forward to last week when my daughter again dropped her iPad and I took it in to a different place (I do eventually learn) to be repaired. The lady called me as soon as she had the broken screen off and asked me if it had been repaired before. When I told her about our original nightmare with this "world-class" establishment, she said she wasnt surprised. The Bluetooth mechanism had been accidentally severed at some point, and instead of admitting their mistake, theyd chosen to say nothing, and tape it down inside. She was kind enough to repair it using some parts she had already, and charged us only $65 for the entire repair. PLEASE do not support these criminals. Bring your money somewhere honest.

I dropped something on my phone. The display was seriously cracked, inoperable and locked. I couldnt transfer any info to a new phone because of it. Of course I didnt recently back up my info. Of course I was due to get a new phone in 2 months. Of course I didnt want to spend a lot of money to fix the screen when Im due to get a new phone. These guys were able to temporarily connect another screen so I could unlock it, they saved all of my info onto the card and gave me back my broken phone. I bought a new phone from BB and transferred all the info onto it at home. I liked We Fix It so much, I went back there and bought my Otter Box from them and not BB. Support your local merchants! I hope these guys are around for a really long time because well...gravity will always make things fall down.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I used Facebook to initially get in touch. The communication was clear, professional and the responses quick. Then we spoke over the phone and communication was just as good. I had to mail my phone since I live in the Quad Cities area. He repaired the phone the day it arrived. The turn around was less than a week total. The repair was very well done, the price was much better than anything around home. There were even some extras in the package when my phone arrived back. Im considering starting to break other phones around me to send people his way :) Please consider going here for your phone, and tablet repairs! Oh, and my repair was for a broken LCD on a Samsung Galaxy S5.

My boyfriend got a new phone about a week ago and unfortunately had dropped it while getting into his car last night. As anyone can imagine we were both pretty upset. After looking around for places to fix his phone we came across this small store. They prepared us for the worst saying it could take anywhere from a business day, 24 hours or a whole week and we were okay with that. Fortunately they had it done within just a few hours and we didnt have to pay until we were satisfied with the screen. They had great customer service and did the job at a reasonable price! Couldnt have been more satisfied with this store.

I went in with a phone charging problem. The gentleman there greeted me and asked if I had tried other charger cords. I replied yes. He saw that the phone booted up and asked to try and use his charger cord. His charger cord started to charge my phone, so he said it probably was just bad charger cords. I decided to buy a better charger cord and all is fine! The honesty of this store is great! Also, as you can see the store is clean, comfortable and inviting! They will have my business if I have problems again!

After my battery life kept draining faster and faster I realized I needed to get a new one before it ruined my phone all together. I went to WeFix and they got the job done in less than 15 minutes. Theyre very professional and seem like they genuinely care about their customers. They arent the type that tries "selling" products just to make a profit. WeFix will definitely be getting my business again along with some family and friends of mine as well.

Im so happy that I decided to try "We Fix" today. My iPhone 6S would no longer hold a charge and the useless Sprint people just wanted me to buy a new phone, but I cried knowing I hadnt backed it up in awhile! At "We Fix" they replaced my battery and I got my phone back in no time at all. If getting a new phone is not the right solution for you, this place is where you must go! Amer was especially helpful and professional!

Quick and to-the-point. I just picked up my iPhone 6 from the shop after bringing it in with a slightly cracked screen and it looks great. They got the job done quick, and I saved a lot of money by buying their deal on Groupon! Hoping the phone passes a trade-in inspection with Verizon. Cheap price to pay to get the full trade-in value in the end!

Best price around and only took a little over an hour ! Also, got a free screen protector from referring a friend. Really good business! Care a lot about customer satisfaction. Hoping I do not need to return because that would mean I cracked my screen, but glad I know where to go if it happens again.

Great service, communication is key and they succeeded in answering every question of mine quickly and professionally. All employees were willing to help, but not overly concerned in trying to get me to take my card out of my wallet. Defiantly going back in the future.

Replaced my Galaxy S5 screen for less than my deductible and put a tempered glass protection screen on it for a great deal! Just got a new Galaxy Note5 and will be going there tomorrow to get a case and the tempered glass protection screen. Definitely recommend them!

Came in asking for help with a special screw on my MacBooks HDD, as I did not have the screw driver type and couldnt find one quickly. They helped me out greatly in getting it taken care of for free. If I ever have future issues with my phone, I know where Im going.
