The good: I got a case I wanted for a trip. The bad: The one thing I didnt like is that the guy pushed hard with his thumb in the center screen of my brand new(less than a week) phone when he pushed it hard into the case that goes over the rubber. He did this after I told him I had just got this phone and my preference was to insert it myself. He insisted again to handle my phone so I let him which was a mistake. When I got home, I found that there was a gentle way to slide it in and only touch the phone on the corners and not the middle of the screen. He was an okay guy and was otherwise helpful. However, maybe he thinks Ill get it repaired there for a fee of course if something happened to my phone. Im definitely bothered. I always handle my phones very gently. Next time, Ill go somewhere else.

The gentleman who runs the store is very knowledgeable about his accessories and cellphones in general. Ive bought multiple phone cases and all have held up well and look great on my phones. I love my LDNIO car charger. Its a speed charger that charges my LG V20 extremely fast. I also love the Wifi Display Dongle I purchased. It allows me to mirror my cellphone on my TV. If you dont have a smart TV this product is for you. You also dont need to have WiFi for it to work which is awesome because I take the dongle with me on the go and can mirror my phone anywhere I go. Its perfect for streaming and watching videos for parties. Ill continue to give this store my business because of his knowledge and his rapport with his customers. Great prices and products.

I was so pleased to learn that my badly damaged screen and LCD was 1)able to be replaced 2)returned to me within 24 hours 3) cost two thirds less than a quote I received from a different store. Majid was helpful and courteous and I was happy to buy a hard to find case and screen protector for my older model phone from him. Majid also showed me how to use some of the features on my phone that I was unaware of. This was an excellent retail experience.

The owner was soo nice! We literally spent 40 mins asking about battery changes, fixing cracked screens, different phone covers, etc etc. He helped throughout the entire time and never stopped being so calm, patient, and helpful to us. He has great service and does his best to give us whats best and the cheapest prizes :) Very convenient !!

Stopped in just before closing for a case for my 6S. Customer service was exceptional and he even put my cover on for me. I also needed a Bluetooth speaker and he gave me such a good deal on all my accessories & speaker - $100.00 for all four items (speaker alone was retailed for $159.98). Highly recommend stopping by and they fix phones

I went to this Store in Northlake and the services was GREAT the saleman knew how to help me and had no problems answering any of my questions. He even took out time to help me set up my ear piece and explain how it works and how to charge it. I found a new store for my needs on cell phones at a discount price.

The only thing I wish is that prior to my home button on my I-phone was replaced I wish the tech would have informed me that the finger print function would no longer work due to its connected to apple main mother board ...... but other than that my screen is fixed ...:)
