THIS IS THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I THINK YOU HAVE TO BE DUMB AS A BOX IF ROCKS TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY BECAUSE EVERYONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN IDIOT AND CORPORATE TOO FOR THAT MATTER. BEING AN IDIOT MUST BE PART OF THE JOB REQUIREMENT. THEY ALL ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS THAT DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR FAULTY CELL PHONES AND SERVICE. I NOTICED THAT AFTER HAVING A REPLACEMENT PHONE FOR 6 MONTHS, MY PHONE STARTED ACTING UP. WHEN I CALL THE IDIOTS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE IM TOLD THEY ARE GOING TO REFRESH MY PHONE, WHICH NEVER DOES ANYTHING TO CORRECT ANY PHONE PROBLEMS THAT IVE HAD AND STILL HAVE. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS BECAUSE THEY NEVER SOLVE THE ISSUE THAT THEY CLAIM THAT THEY WILL SOLVE. THE REPS SOUND LIKE ROBOTS READING FROM THE SAME SCRIPT EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU CALL WITH A PROBLEM. FOR ONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND. I GUESS METRO PCS CANT AFFORD TO PAY AMERICANS SO THEY OUTSOURCE TO THESE FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND HAVE THESE SORRY PEOPLE THAT DONT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHATS GOING ON WITH THESE LOUSY CELL PHONES AND SERVICE. THEN THEY WANT TO OFFER YOU AN UPGRADE AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE OR OFFER TO SWITCH YOU TO A PRICIER PLAN. THEY ARE THE PHONE PIMPS OF THE CELL PLAN INDUSTRY. I WISH ALL THE PEOPLE THAT ARE UNHAPPY WITH METRO PCS SERVICE WOULD REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN YOUR STATE, BBB AND THE TV NEWS AND TAKE METRO PCS TO COURT FOR THEIR SHADDY PRACTICES. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A COPORATE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. METRO PCS HAS GOTTEN AWAY TOO LONG WITH THEIR DECEITFUL PRACTICES AND WE AS CUSTOMERS NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. IM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE WITH THE LOUSY SERVICE THAT IVE HAD SINCE DECEMBER OF 2015. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO EARN UP TO THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AS A COMPANY AND STOP LYING AND CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT OF DATA, SERVICE AND THE INFERIOR DEFECTIVE PHONES THAT THEY SELL CLAIMING TO BE NEW WHEN THEIR PHONES SEEM TO BE PHONES THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FROM A FLEA MARKET OR WORST. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST METRO PCS BECAUSE WE AS CUSTOMERS DESERVE GOOD QUALITY SERVICE, NOT AN INTERNET THE EATS UP YOUR DATA LIKE PAC MAN AND RUNS SLOW AS A TURTLE. WE AS CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER. IM FILING A LAWSUIT ASAP BECAUSE IVE HAD IT WITH THIS SORRY COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND REFUND EVERY CUSTOMERS MONEY DOWN TO THE PENNY.

Be careful because they steal your money. We went I. There to switch companies and we activated the account. My cell wasnt working for 3 days and they told me to wait 15 days. I later found out that used my money to pay another cell number. Karina, the sales associate was very rude and did not want to refund my money. I called MetroPCS and they said the money was transferred that same day (3 days after I originally activated my acct). My money is being refunded since the customer service noticed there was fraud on my acct. Also, my aunt had to pay her cell twice in one month. The sales associate told her she never paid. They didnt give her receipts. I am reporting them to the BBB and to state attorney Anita Alvarez. Do the same if you have the same problem.
