This location has to be one of the worse, I mean its METRO PCS you thought you couldnt go lower. First of all, all employees are not properly trained to deal with customers needs, theyre more interested in pushing a sale on you. When you go in to actually purchase a phone or an accessory, guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THEM!!! The only person capable of giving good service here is a girl named Angelica. Angelica is very active and goes out of her way to help you get what you need, if for some reason they dont have whatever youre looking for, she will tell you when it might come in and help you get what you need. Every other employee will either mess up your plan, payment or will just tell you to call customer service, I mean I know I can call customer service but why deal with the phone when I can just go to the store and deal with an actual human being who (so I thought) can help me. The past couple of times I have been to this location Ive been helped by Angelica and she actually solves my issues or answers my questions, the last time I dealt with some Indian guy about my plan he seemed like he was rushing and when he "fixed it" guess what? it was wrong, so I went to the store again and guess who fixed it?? Yes, Angelica. This location would go to hell if she wasnt there, if you ever stop at this location make sure you speak to her directly to avoid issues. Other than that, I think Metro PCS just sucks when it comes to stocking phones and accessories, they have all these promotions going on but never have the phones, you have to order them or you have to wait until the day they do. Prices are ok I guess but you pay for a line not for customer service. I am waiting for an approval from T-Mobile and switch with them instead.
