I am a Sprint customer. I was in some real need to have anyone help me with my mobile phone. So I walked into this Verizon Mount Prospect store late one night. I met Travis, he was just closing up. You know how it works, the sales person would say “I am closing now, you will have to come back tomorrow. Not with Travis. Travis stayed after closing, took the time he needed to help me. Wow! Great customer service. This is how one treats a competitors customer (any customer) if they want to make a great impression. I cant help it, if I ever think of switching, Mount Prospect Wireless is the first place I will think of and stop in. Well done Travis.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Manager and associate refused to return defective case that rendered phone useless, even though it had only been purchased a month ago, because I no longer had the box that the case came in. They were rude and clearly have no idea what customer service means. I was perfectly willing to purchase a different case there, but now will be looking to other retailers that know how to treat customers. Please dont give these people your money! They truly dont deserve it and definitely dont value it.

Beware!!! they sell replica cables, and some of their accessories are replicas as well. I went in a few months ago to buy a charger for my girlfriends iphone 5s, and the guy jim, pulled a box from under the counter that had chinese letters on it, and there was about 50 iphone cables in there. they were selling them for as much as apple charges for the real deal. I ended up buying a flip case for my galaxy note, but noticed was not the same quality as my other one. I went to best buys Samsung stand, and they told me that was a knock off.

Rude. Rude. Rude! My husband went in & told them he is having phone issues, that it is having charging problems and they told him to buy a new cord. He said even his wife (me) has the same phone and we share cords and never had a problem. The phone was having issues and they acted stupid like they didnt know what they was even saying. We are from out of town so we went to the closest verizon store maps said.... this place is sad to have your name verizon attached to it.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Im not a techie and every question I asked about my usage, account, technology and apps was answered and they were patient. We needed to add a line for a phone someone gave us to an existing account and then also purchased and activated a new tablet. Thanks to Miguel for his help while also training new staff.

I have been here on 4 separate occasions and had a terrible experience. The only reason I come back is the convenience of their location. The staff is unprofessional, they dont have sufficient inventory, or knowledge on how to use their own systems. Do yourself a favor and visit an actual Verizon store, not this lackluster retailer.

Not sure what the guys name was but Short hair maybe 511 22-24. Walked in he looked at my phone and gave me a free battery(which I had chipped mine). Quote "Let me see if I have a spare battery" No charge extremely helpful and was out within minutes. Thanks again for the help man.

Most all who helped me were knowledgeable on the products and services. They took their time to be sure I understood the options. I have had many experiences at other Verizon stores and this was the best one I have had. No pressure, just good service.

Nice and helpful staff, help you get a good price. However, check your account to make sure no extras got added to your account. After I left I noticed verizon cloud and insurance was added without my approval.
