Dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen. Karl replaced it in a couple of hours. When I encountered a dead spot on the new screen, I brought it back the next day and expected them to hassle me about fixing it again. Instead, they apologized for the trouble, replaced it again, and now it works like new! While it would have been best to have it fixed perfectly the first time, the fact that they took care of the problem that did crop up with great customer service has me writing this glowing review. That happens so rarely these days.

After shopping around, found that Batteries Plus in Mt. Prospect had the best deal. I knew going in, that this was not an easy battery replacement. Ordered it on-line, and they replaced the battery on my Escape outside in the cold weather. It took awhile, so I suggest leaving your vehicle there if possible. They have a ton of various batteries. I am likely bringing in my ipad to get the battery replaced, as they do that too! The staff is great and very service oriented.

Hi. My daughter bought a car battery there about two and a half years ago. They were able to see when based on her phone number. In this cold weather, it gave up the ghost..but the care started today. It was only a one year warranty. Glen, the guy there is helpful. He said he would tell the thicks he knows for starting on cold days, as she will not listen to me. Thanks Glen.

Was really quite amazed by the selection and variety, but dissapointed by the push for something like $10 to change a 30 second key fob battery. Especially when I did it already as I asked if he could toss the packaging. But it may have been because there were some other reps there? Since that time I returned to buy some eye catching man gear, and the same dude was totally cool.

Carl and Amir were awesome! They changed my battery for my BMW X5 outside in 5 degree weather! I really appreciate the service and will only reccomend batteries bulbs plus for anything you need and fantastic service,look nowhere else. Thanks guys!!!

horrible experience... they ruined our ipad... do not fix here. They changed out screen but broke the main button and the lock button. It was such a hassle and waste of time.
