I only put one star because there is not an option for a negative star. Before my family switched to t-mobile from Verizon, I warned them that it was a bad idea. I have heard bad things about t-mobile and I knew that Verizon was the best. I had an iPhone 4s with version at the time and it had no issues. But my family insisted on switching because of the deal they had going on, which was two phones for the price of one. And, after some research, my dad figured out that it would be cheaper with t-mobile anyways. Right after we switched and I got my new iPhone 6, a newer phone was nice but I didnt have service ANYWHERE unless I was outside. Phone calls are very fuzzy and Id say 1 of 3 calls are randomly dropped. Also, it is often that texts dont send. I have no service in my house, school, or work. My family is getting very annoyed by these problems as well. On top of all of this, the phone bill ended up being more money than Verizon. If you plan on switching to t-mobile, think again. Verizon is the way to go

Horrible service!!!!! First of all Dino (employee) told me about international calling that it would be at no cost i asked him is he sure at least 5 times and he said "yes yes why dont you believe me and keep asking me this". I made international calls under Wifi and of course receive a bill for almost $500. They would not refund the money, sales manager told me to come back when the employee was there I came a few days later (sales manager told me to come at a certain time) and the guy wasnt there sales manager looked at the wrong schedule!!! SERIOUSLY ?!?!?!? I told him to refund the money he wouldnt do it. Called customer service pist off, explained the whole situation and received a refund. Wasted around 4 hours going back and forth with this. I got my money back but this location does not have there employees trained properly!!

I had the most wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store. I have been to many stores and interacted with many representatives, but this one representative stood out among them all. This representative named Wes, was so kind and so up front about everything I asked that I will continue with my T-Mobile service because of him. He was able to upgrade my phone giving me a new phone that was able to do everything I needed it to do for work such as accessing my email and internet faster than ever, as well as provide my phone with more data for such a reasonable cost I could not say no to him. Wes is the definition of excellent customer service. I will continue to come back to this store because of Wes, thank you for your honesty and kindness Wes!

this people are crooks and big lairs , they scam me for 620$, they told me they will cover the early determination fee from other mobile carrier but they never did , i call coorporate office and everybody else around and no luck , this is one big corrupted mafia , everybody are connected WORKERS-MANAGER-CORPORATE=CROOKS MAFIA , NO HELP SO EVER, IM PAYING 100$ PAYMENT ON MY OLD CARRIER AND THEY NEVER PAY ME BACK MY 620$ FEE , they told me it will be 120$ for 2 lines and my bil go up to 210 $ , this is story for normal citizen who can t fight big crooks , ! stay away from this store , MANAGER ITS OCTOPUS ON THE MAFIA ...

Read the reviews of stores in my area and read about Wes from another post so I went to the Randhurst location. I was greeted warmly by the three employees who were working there and informed the first one available would help me. Turned out to be Wes. He told me he had been there a couple of months and was a tmobile customer before applying for his job. He wants to give the customer service that he would expect from a store. Anyway pulled up my bill and explained the answers to all my questions. I will never go to another location.

I called this location to ask them about the T-Mobile router that they offer for business accounts. After saying "Hi, I have a business account with you guys and I was wondering how I can...", this is where I hear the landline slam on the table and "Dino" the rep. hangs up. This is the rudest 1 minute phone conversation Ive had. Good luck with your service, dont be surprised if youre treated bad after you start service with this branch and they received their commissions. Dino should be fired.

The store experience I just had here was terrible. The store was packed, 3 reps in the store, one female doing nothing but chatting with customers in the process of being helped by the other 2. Didnt attempt to open another station and was more concerned with blasting music so no on could hear anything than working to mitigate the giant line that had grown. Terrible waste of time. What a shame, this store used to be amazing.

I recently purchased a new phone from this store and it was a decent experience. A few issues, but nothing major. However, I just called to express and issue with the new S8 that I got and you would have thought I was asking the impossible... sadly, i think that people forget that they work in a customer service environment.....which means, being nice to the customer.

Great staff with positive attitudes. Like any other business, pay attention to what you are signing up for. They did not exactly go over the small print aka the "catch".The staff at this particular location are pretty upfront for the most part but make sure to ask questions.

Dont use this location and company. Unprofessional staff , I bought a brand new apple, stopped working after 15 days they gave me a used phone telling me its brand new. 780$ thrown out the window.

Great store. At times it can be crowded and you might have to wait but usually its not too long. Marcin has been great help to us during our last few visits. Friendly and helpful staff.
