Today I went into the Verizon store in Lemont. I was extremely frustrated because I had just spent 2 days trying to get in my locked phone. I put a fancy passcode on the phone and then proceeded to forget it. So I had 2 choices. Reset the phone, or buy a new phone. Hearing that you might have to reset your cell phone is like hearing that all of your 5 children have head lice 2 days before your oldest daughter is about to be married. I wasnt happy about the reset option at all. As far as buying a new cell, I wasnt eligible for an upgrade for 7 months, so that would have cost me at least $225. So let me say thank you to Jaden, my new white in shining armor, (the Verizon salesman) to the time and effort he spent to somehow fix my phone. He saved me money, and saved the texts between me and my recently deceased Dad, pictures my daughter who lives in California sent, and pictures from both of my daughters weddings. Thanks Jaden, I hope you know how grateful I am to you. God bless you! Thank you Verizon for having a store in Lemont.
