Was told in store that the best way to guarantee I could an iphone SE was to pre order it. I did this at this store on March 30. I was told the phone would be delivered by April 8. That was good since it was for my son who was coming home from college the following weekend. When the phone did not arrive by the 8th, I called and was told that the new date was the 23rd. Remember that I pre-ordered to ensure I would have it for my son when he got home from school. The 23rd came and went, still no phone. No updates came from verizon. I had to contact them after the promise dates passed for updates on delivery. The verizon automated phone servece told me many times that the verizon web site would provide me status on my order. When I requested the order status on the web site, it advised me that no order status was available. I have spent hours on the phone sestates If you information on the delivery status of my nearly month old order. Failed promises. Failed updates. Failed web site. Failed phone answers. Anybody seeing a trend here?

If I could give a zero I would. Have an IPhone 5C with a SIM Card reading problem. Talked to Tech support and they were very friendly and helpful, they directed me to bring the phone into the nearest store and have the people there change out the SIM Card. I have the people at the store change out the Card but still more problems occur. So I go back to the store and try and upgrade and they wont let me trade in the phone for an early upgrade (1 month early) because the phone has "to much damage" (small chips on the corner) and the SIM card tray would not open! I didnt touch the tray and they blamed it on me saying I damaged the tray and they could have never broke it even though they switched out the Card. What a joke of a store.

I had never been here before, and was surprised at the wait. (I didnt know it was the busiest Verizon in the area and visited on a Saturday around noon.) However, it was a very short wait (10-15 minutes) so I didnt mind it at all as it gave me time to look around and think about what I wanted to settle on for my replacement phone. Michelle helped me pick out my phone. She was patient, listened to what I wanted and was looking for, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun. Overall, I would recommend this store even though there may be a slight wait.

I went in to report a lost cell phone and get a new one. The sales rep said that they didnt have any loaners for me to use and they did not have any in-store. So, I either needed to find one on my own or he gave me the number to call their service line to order a certified pre-owned. I asked him how I was supposed to call to order a new phone when I just told him I lost mine. He literally shrugged and walked away. Because of this incident, Im contemplating finding another provider when my contract is up.

Plenty of staff we did not have to wait. Had many of phones to look at. My sister was buying a phone and I had a question abouty phone. The Verizon person blew off my proplem and said there was nothing you could do to fix it. I did not like that answer. So I called HTC support and they were able to help. It is annoying that the Verizon people claimed to be a expert and lied to me so he didnt have to spend the time.

Really very helpful. Michelle D. set me up with my service and I couldnt be happier. She was completely honest, I got exactly what I wanted and exactly what she said I would with no surprises. Ive only had to visit there one other time since and the staff took out time to explain to my daughter how to appropriately use data without going over, explaining it to her in an age appropriate manner.

Verizon sucks. That is all I can say. And it is very expensive. I went to add another line to my plan. I asked the cost. They said it costs 10 extra bucks. When the bill came I saw a $47 in extra charge. Why? They call it activation fee. I asked them to deactivate my phone and they charged me another $75. Thats their service to you.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Went in to buy a wifi hotspot - they got me the best possible deal, and made sure I completely understood how the device worked before I walked out the door. They even found me an unadvertised rebate for the device!

Walk inside store was never greeted . No one talk to me or even ask why I was here . They continually greeted other customers coming in the door, but not me. Funny I seem to be the only one who was not Windows shopping.

Even on days when a new phone is coming out, this store really has their stuff together. There are Verizon "authorized dealers" much closer to me than this store, but I always go to this one anyway.
