Had to take my phone back after they fixed it the first time because my sd card wasnt reading after they repaired it and the screen was practically hanging out of the phone. They got the card to read but the problems got worse! The front camera was angled weird, the vibrating motor no longer functioned, the earpiece speaker didnt work anymore, and the screen still was hanging out of the body. I got a refund for my repair but still was unhappy with it and my experience only got worse when my screen was damaged do to the screen hanging out of the phone. I took it back so that I could get the screen re-replaced and they refused to work on my phone! I ended up buying the screen myself and all the tools for less than $100 and upon my own disassembly of the phone I found that they didnt even put the screws that hold it together back in. Not just a few but all 6 of the screws were not there. Maybe if you have an older iphone or simple phone you can get away with their repairs but if you have anything that is unibody or the like (iphone6, HTC M#, Samsung galaxy s6) dont got there. Also for Verizon customers, the specialist at Verizon told me if you EDGE up your phone, the warehouse that receives your old phone usually disassembles it and if the serial numbers for the screen (iphone does this) dont match, you will get nailed with a restocking fee. in the spirit of full disclosure, my phone was an HTC M8 and this is a very difficult phone. However, the "professional Phone repair" gurus should turn it away.

I was very upset leaving this store In Greenfield Holmes location. I had called 2 days prior and had spoken to a man but from the Loomis location who told me yes they can fix it everything will be fine gave me a quote and everything and they can order the parts within 5 business days once i dropped it off to be fixed. I thought AWESOME!!!. I was In the area by South Ridge Mall I saw there was a store right there so I thought Awesome again perfect I wont have to drive to Loomis and 27th street. Walked in explained what happened. And the guy behind counter asked who exactly did I talk to? I said well it was a guy from the Loomis and 27th store location. He then said I would have to go there. I was very confused as to why? I asked well cant I just have it fixed here? He went in back to check for part. but did not even examine the tablet or anything to ask what was wrong with it. Although it was obviously the screen. Came back within 3-4 minutes and said he could not help me he has no idea where to find parts for it... Very Very unprofessional if you want to help run a business. Hopefully I have better luck at the Loomis Location. they may be more friendlier and professional... I just do not understand why he couldnt call Loomis store and ask about how they found parts? I kind of felt he just didnt want to help me.

Perhaps it is actually three stars. However you could also argue it was my fault for not removing the data from the SD before taking my phone to a repair shop, but Ill give them four stars as I did take up their time and they did do a diagnostic for free. Unfortunately for me there wasnt anything they could do. Today when I went to retrieve the information from the SD card my SD wouldnt eject. Seems they tightened it down to much, but I also noticed the Spen is gone from my Note II. That may have been a mistake which caused them to tighten the phone up to much ? I am glad they did do a free diagnostic and thankfully I believe because I did manage to pry the SD card out without damaging it that I should be able to recover in fact just checking and yes everything is there. Unfortunately not related to this store which I had hoped would be able to get my phone powered back, but wasnt able to and therefore I had to buy a new phone. So I do thank them for trying especially for free. My reccomendation to them is to remember Note phones have S pens and at least Note 2 has an eject SD. So check those before handing back.

DO NOT GET A HTC ONE OR SIMILAR PHONE FIXED HERE. Brought in my HTC to fix the cracked screen which came out to 180 bucks. They fixed to find out later that the screen was popping off and on at the corners and the touch screen wasnt working as good as it was while it was cracked. I brought it in a little more than a week later and as I picked it up to go the screen cracked in my hands. It wasnt this flimsy before I got it fixed there. Upon going back to the store I am told that the crack is not covered by the warranty and that there is water damage on the screen which is also not covered by the warranty. (Maybe if they fixed it right the first time the screen wouldnt pop up at the corners and let moisture in.) They then told me that the would fix it again for 99 dollars. Ya right I could have gotten the original fix done for that downtown.

Called this company at 5:00 p.m. out of desperation after a whole day of having computer and network issues..Best case scenario, I was hoping to get something set up for the next day to get a technician to come out so that we didnt loose another day of sales...Spoke with Mark who is the assistant manager of the loomis store..He not only came out the same night after he had got off from his shift, he had us up and running within 30 minutes. I am obviously not an IT guy, so for me its like looking at a different language trying to mess with the router and server and all that. Mark was very knowledgeable and seemed to already know what the problem was and had it fixed in no time. Not only was the service good, but he almost literally charged my nothing. This Dude is good at what he does and i would refer and recommend him anytime..

My charging cord for my Nexus 5x was not staying put in the charging port and I spent all morning yesterday dealing with Google support and LG support. They wanted me to send the phone out to them for diagnostics/repairs which they said could take 2+ weeks. I see uBreakiFix all the time, so I figured I would check them out and see if they could replace my charging port. I was a little worried they wouldnt be able to, but it turned out that there was just a tiny piece of metal blocking part of my charging port that I couldnt see. The gentleman that helped me got the piece out and it works like new again! I will definitely be going to uBreakiFix the next time something inevitably goes wrong with one of my devices! Thank you for saving me the headache of being phoneless for 2+ weeks on something so easily fixed! :)

My experience here was AMAZING! Alex is a great employee here who took care of me from the moment I walked in. I had had a horrible experience at the located on Kenliworth, where the employee had told me to get the hell out of the door after I raged about my screens LCD being broken after them fixing it 3 times!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THE KENLIWORTH location neither should you guys! They are rude, disrespectful and do not know how to handle customer concerns at ALL! I called this location and Alex took care of me and replaced my screen for a more reasonable price seeing as though I had already had multiple defective screens at the other location!! Plus he threw in a screen protector for half the price! He is GREAT at what he does! :)
