CLICK Gillian - was only there to pick up a phone, called in from Woodridge location...you knew and you pulled a "bait and switch" (IMHO) Colleen - "Manager", you gave your word that you would return all my money because it was due to a "misunderstanding". Still waiting, through all YOUR rudeness, (Rudeness (also called impudence or effrontery) is a display of disrespect by not complying with the social "laws" or etiquette of a group or culture.) for you to keep your word. Return the remaining $32.48 that you stated you would. You have my number, call me. Owner, Jonathan K., responded with the "old corporate line". NO HELP FROM OWNER! Go to the Woodridge store... they know CUSTOMER SERVICE!

While this Verizon has one of the better selections of phones to try out in the area, Ive had a mixed response of helpfulness from the staff over the years. When I originally purchased my phone and my most recent trip they were pretty helpful. However, a few times the staff hasnt been and a few times theyve referred me to the online support. I understand that this is company policy but still the way it was done didnt leave me thrilled. The location itself can also be a bit annoying to get to unless you are travelling south on Kingery or west on 75th street.

I would never go back to this store. The first person who greeted me informed me that I needed to update my phone but had to do it at home because I needed wi-fi....he just didnt want to do any work. The second person who helped me was able to upgrade my phone but wasnt able to fix any other issues.....blaming it on Apple.....went to a different store to find out my wi-fi was turned off...this person turned it on and everything was fine. I cant believe how many employees just walked around acting like they were busy....the WORST ever.

Absolutely horrible. Felt disrespected the entire time by the incredibly rude and condescending staff. Came in to have a discussion about my malfunctioning Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and all they could say was too bad, all they could do was send me a refurbished device for my current one. The refurbished device came in and is EVEN WORSE THAN THE PHONE I STARTED WITH. Ridiculous.

This store has the WORST customer service. They dont greet you and they barely even speak to you. If you want to upgrade your phone they will be extremely rude to you. Wouldnt recommend going here. There is a better corporate store on Butterfield in Downers Grove.

great store but this phone number is not direct to the store - it takes two different prompts to get a live person, then transfer to customer care, then they finally transferred me to the store to see if they had my phone mount in stock.
