I used to go to the AT&T store in Oakbrook and I would have to wait for up to an hour to be helped by a representative. I always felt rushed there. Then I remembered this store and recently went there to update our plan and purchase new phones. My husband and I couldnt be happier. We were greeted right away and the people there are super friendly, nice and knowledgeable. There were a couple people that helped us, but Brian is the one name I remember. I wish I could remember the others because everyone there was awesome. We will definitely be returning, even when they move to Plainfield next year.

Buying phone plans is never fun, but these guys made it painless and understandable. Brian was very knowledgeable and informative - helped me set up our accounts in the most economical way, and helped me fix a complicated billing issue by calling ATT billing himself. Well staffed, so no long waits. I recommend using them for your ATT needs.

It takes for ever to get a answer and had terrible technical experience . I wish they knew what are they are doing. unfortunately competition is no better.
