I have never been to another Sprint store that does the job right and goes the extra mile whether I am buying a phone or if I need help with my phone. I came in to this store maybe 8 years ago with a handful of broken phones for my business. The service I received made me start buying my phones from this store. I have nearly 40 phones on my account and trust them to no other store! Ive gone to other locations if I was in an emergency situation/vacation etc. but none of them have been as knowledgeable or courteous as the guys and girls at this Sprint.

Well after shopping around like we all do I found myself in this particular store through a ftiend. Hands down this store wont help you with anything! You buy a phone from this you agree to never get answers to your questions, any "customer service", or a deal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPRINT RIPOFF

I had a great experience getting an issue with my phone resolved. Rick was knowledgeable, professional and personable. It is difficult to find people in phone stores that are more than a talking head sales person. This store is now my primary store for service and phones.

They have good service. But they can not do repairs on your device. You can only buy a device and sign up for a phone plan. The other Sprint store that does repairs for your device in on 143rd Street and Wolf Road near the CVS Store.
