I wanted to post this message to express my appreciation to Verizon Wireless store manager James Vara. I recently stopped by the store when the operating system froze on my phone that I had purchased 3 months earlier. He attempted to complete a factory reset of the device which was unfortunately unsuccessful. He then assisted me with contacting Motorola to obtain a return authorization for the phone in addition to providing me a loaner device which was invaluable considering it took Motorola 2 months to send me a new device. I’m very satisfied with the customer service provided by him and he promotes a very positive image on behalf of Verizon Wireless.

OK. Here I am from out of town. Drop my phone and get the black screen of death. I live by my phone as I use it for business. James was cool, got all the info to warrantee my phone. I got the phone via UPS next day took it and my dead phone back to James. He welcomed me back, did all the work together me back, move my apps and data and information. Did not try to upscale me, did take care of me. Id have been up the you know what creek without a paddle without the help and I consider myself a tech savvy guy. THANKS a BUNCH!! Highly recommended.

Been sitting here for OVER an hour. Only one guy is working and had to call someone THREE times cause he had no idea what the f*** he was doing. Not trying to eavesdrop or anything, but dude is selling a tablet to these people who clearly dont f******* need it. I get it customer service and what not, but Im pretty sure they can figure out how to put a case on their phones. Side note, wait time is also a customer service factor. Just saying. Update: dude doesnt know how to work phones. Update: dude is named Anthony.

For being a small store in a difficult location, this is a great place. A random walk in for me turned out to be one of my best experiences with Verizon. Brian and Jim were very helpful and polite, and answered all of my questions honestly along with helping me save money on my bill. There was another worker there who had made two sales while I was there, which showed me that this is a very good and highly underrated store. I would recommend this store over any other one in the area.

This was the WORST customer service I have EVER had. Simon took personal calls from his personal cell phone, told stories to his friends who were in the store, and we were required to sit there and wait while he did this. Best of all the manager was there and didnt acknowledge his behavior at all. I love verizon as a company but I would never go to this place again. Dont waste your time with these unprofessional people.

The men are Hot!! They are always working when I go by to ask for assistance towards an issue I maybe having with my stupid phone. I have gone to many Verizon facilities with questions and concerns. Overall this facility has always gone beyond to help all customers. I drive 45min out of my way for the customer service that I receive at this facility.
