The Homer Glen location is an absolute joke. My husband has called them numerous times, left messages, and has not received a call back at all. We are still trying to solve an issue that one of the att employees made back in November 2016! Weve called customer service and they told us to go to the store and then we go to the store and they tell us to call customer service! No one knows what theyre doing over there. I convinced my husband to go from tmobile to att and now were switching back. My mom just had an experience at the same location that has made her want to switch carriers too! She went into the store with a question and the girl employee wouldnt look up from her phone to help my mom! She told her to call apple and have them deal with her issue. The turn over is so bad in Homer Glen that you can never talk to the same person twice so you constantly have to repeat your issues! Ive been a long time customer and its time to move on. I will say that the tech support on the att website is most helpful but not enough to keep me as a customer anymore.

There are never enough employees available to get anything done in a reasonable time frame. You will be there forever just waiting. This store is terrible.
