My phone wont turn on, take a charge or respond to any power requests. I took it in yesterday to this location and the rep that was there was very helpful. He said that someone else had the same issue with a different phone and suggested (to both of us) to try to use a wireless charger to reboot and charge the phone. The other man that tried this fixed his phone and no longer needed the wireless charger. I on the other had wasnt as fortunate. The rep didnt stop there, which is why Im writing the review. He went out of his way to inform me of a location nearby where the folks are trained to fix phones with possibly this type of situation. I called that location and will be visiting them tomorrow to see if my phone can be fixed. This is a rating, 5 out of 5 for that particular rep who worked the closing shift at this location on 5/6. Thank you sir! Even at closing time he wasnt rushing us out but helping us until we were satisfied.
