Avoid THIS TMOBILE at all costs! Went there to exchange a defective phone cuz other stores were sold out. @ first they said no because they wanted to keep the phone for an actual sale. Had them call corporate they said the would exchange of I had the box...drove 30 mins back home for the box. When I got back the box was missing a sticker or something...so the wouldnt exchange. So I ended just getting a new contract for the new phone....come to find out the "new phone" the sold me was USED! And yes the store manager was present and aware of everything! Complete garbage costumer service! The T-Mobile in Lockport fixed everything! They are awesome.

Horrible customer service... a sales associate named "MJ" was horribly rude, gave me attitude when i asked simply questions. i will never go to the T-Mobile again.
