Me and my boyfriend went in today to get information about what he could do about his phone. The gentleman helping us out (pierce) gave him the best expierence hed had. He says its the first time he had walked out of a T-Mobile store NOT feeling angry or frustrated with the service. He was very helpful and very nice. THANK YOU PIERCE

Went to exchange new phone for 2nd time...upgraded once again and was charged restocking fee for a phone that was not working. Service lady insisted nothing she could do. Came home called t mobile and they instantly gave us credit for that fee. Why did I even have to go through that?

Kid at the counter screwed up my whole phone plan. Do not go to this location! They have no idea what they are doing. Also act stupid when you come in and ask questions about your plan and have to call for assistance because they dont know what they are doing!
