Went in bought a phone the guy who helped me was nice he forgot to get me a pamphlet. walked just outside the door got to my car and realized he forgot to give me the paperwork. I go back in and the guy who helped me is helping another customer which is understandable. So I walk up to the guy who is checking people in and I said "I just walked out of here less than 30 seconds ago and I realized He forgot to give me the paperwork he had printed out. This individual then proceeded to tell me I would have to wait my turn to talk to a representative. I told him politely I just needed the paper off the printer from my appointment with the guy and he began to condescendingly tell me I have to wait my turn just like everyone else and that I should have remembered I needed the paperwork before I left the store.. He was rude... Luckily the guy who was helping me overheard everything and he walked to the printer and handed me the paperwork I needed. It was ridiculous. Avoid this ATT

I went in and had just gotten a new phone as a gift (Google nexus 6p), which they didnt have much information on or any accessories. The accessories issue is not their fault, as it was purchased through Googles site. But the first two people really had no answers when I was trying to get a new sim card, which turns out I needed another new one (micro sim card). It would be better to have staff trained on all types of phones not just those offered with the store.

Worst place ever. Guy that was helping me out had no idea what he was doing. Then he waster two hours of my time to tell me that i have to pay a full price for a phone? Is that a joke? With a perfect credit score? This is a joke as the whole att will never use their service
