DO NOT got o this store. I repeat DO NOT go to this store for any of your wireless cell phone or other device purchases. I recently purchased an Iphone 6S from the store. At the time of the purchase I was told that there was a promotion going on and you could buy the phone for $50 and get all of these great add ons. Such as, a screen protector, case, portable charge, and bluetooth speaker. Sounds to good to be true? Sadly it was. I came back in to the store 16 days after my purchase because the phone was not charging properly. I was told it was too late to get it replaced because I am past the 14 day period and there is nothing they can do. I explained to them that they sold me the phone this way and I would like some type of resolution to the problem. They said they would have to speak with their General Manager. After following up with multiple phone calls and never hearing back I tried to trouble shoot the problem on my own with Apple. When I removed the case I was given I noticed there was a lot of damage to the phone as if it had been dropped multiple times. I left the store the day of purchase with it in the case that was part of the promotion. I had never taken the phone out of the case since that day and never dropped it with it in the case, so there is absolutely no way that I caused this damage. I decided to go into the store right away and show them what I had found. The manager went with the obvious route and put the blame on me. He did not want to hear my said of the story and said I must have down it out with the guys. I am a 31 year old adult with a wife and two kids at home. I am not "going out with the guys" and taking my phone out of the case and dropping it randomly. He offered me two options. They would buy back the phone for $100, since it is now damaged and I would have to pay the remaining balance of $450 , and then can get a new phone, or file a claim with my insurance. Both of which take a lot more money out of my pocket. To sum it up, this store sold me a used phone without me knowing and is not owning up to it. There is now nothing I can do because they are not affiliated with Verizon and will not own up to the actions and do what is right and help me get a quality phone that I was hoping to purchase the day I first went in there. DO NOT let this happen to you. Avoid this store at all costs.

Would not recommend going here! I was supposed to get a phone from there and they didnt have the color I wanted. So, I told the guy the color I wanted and he had ordered a phone without me knowing. Then we said that we were going to go to a different store because I needed the phone as soon as possible and if they didnt have the color I wanted I would come back and order it from the Lake Bluff store. When I went to a different verizon store that day, they had the color I wanted but, I couldnt get the phone and had to wait several days and wait for the phone to be shipped. One the day it was said to be shipped the order didnt come on time. Also, when we went back to tell the guy to cancel the order he tried to make it seem that we had asked him to order the phone and charge almost $100 on to our account, and he didnt know that when the lady at the other store was trying to get him to cancel the order we heard the whole conversation.Not even so much as an apology from him when we went to go cancel the order.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They treated me like I was a dummy when I had an issue with my replacement (refurbished/rebuilt?) phone. I ended up going in 5 separate times when each of their "hit reset" solutions failed. They finally decided my replacement phone was defective and gave me another replacement phone, but now this one is having issues too. They wouldnt even help troubleshoot the issues with this second replacement - they sent me straight to Verizon Tech Support. After a 90+ minute phone call with Verizon Tech Support and 3 short follow up calls (they were very helpful and provided good customer service), it was deemed that my physical phone is defective. Im never buying from the Mobile Generation again, and I hope nobody else has to go through the incredible inconvenience and poor customer service that goes along with being their customer.

Worst experience ever. We signed contracts to move phone lines over to Verizon telling the store manager we specifically did NOT want to be on the Edge plan. When we left the store we had NO documents that said what plan she had signed us up for. Bills start coming and we figure out they signed us up for the Edge plan anyway and our bill is about $100 per month more than stated in the store. Tried to work with customer service and the store and the public relations department. No satisfaction. Taking it to the IL State Attorney General and small claims court. MY experience…BUYER BE WARE at this store.

New management has done an incredible job with this store! Besides the new floor plan being more accessible, the staff is highly knowledgeable of all products out there (not just what Verizon offers) and they take the time to make sure each customer is informed on their new product. I will eventually make "the switch" from my iPhone to Android and I feel confident that this particular staff will be extremely helpful. In spite of there being a corporate store minutes from my house, the extra 20 minutes of driving here is worth it for me.

Quoted $200 downpayment for new phone plus $21 a month for 24 months. Oh, but they threw in a free screen and phone cover, bluetooth speaker and backup battery. Failed to mention you can get the same phone for the same $21 a month but minus the $200 (but no "free accessories"). Seems free costs $200 now a days. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The new management at this location has worked wonders. The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, not only about Verizon products and services, but about those of other carriers, as well. I have never felt more welcome and comfortable in a store before. They really go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

Jacob was very helpful and understanding. My son was graduating from the Navy and i called ahead to see if they had the phone he wanted in stock and he actually held the phone for me for a few days. If i lived in that area that would be the store where i conducted all my business. Thanks again.

Awesome customer service. The Sale Rep Quinten is such a helpful, funny and outgoing gentlemen. As smooth as the conversation went I never knew the time flew pass. He helped transfer my photos from one phone to the next. He also treated me to a free tablet.I definitely recommend going here.

After reading previous comments from other people I was skeptical about going into this store. I went in to get a new iPhone and the staff there was very friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me and made the experience very relaxing for once. Would recommend them to anyone !
