At first I thought they were very helpful and were really working with me, then I got my bill. Not only did the sales person lie and tell me that defaulting to 2GB was only for family plans (he told me I had to pay an extra $15/month for 6GB that I will not use), he also lied to me about the discount I will get through my job. He told me my bill would be $30 cheaper than it was. I call and find out that the discount takes affect after 60 days. That would have been nice to know. I feel lied to and cheated.

My wife went in to upgrade our handsets, only wanted to upgrade the phones, wanted to change nothing else at all. Some how we had a Jump Program added, that was not explained to my wife. The manager Lewis was not helpful in the slightest, and did not forward my complaint to corp or to his superiors like he was requested. Poor service, and unethical practices in signing customers up for services.

Amateur hour. I was told by a staff member that i can have my package shipped to the store later to find out by the same gump that they cannot do that literaly a hr later. Worst service i should have gone to the t mobile near halsted and madison a hr away from my home just because i know they wouldnt of been missinformed

I went in here to get away from the bastards at ATT and I would say my mission was generally successful. T-mobiles customer service, website, prices, technology and general attitude is much better than all the other phone companies out there. This shop was specifically helpful.

Very excelente customer service and satisfaction, went in to make a payment and Fernando the Manger asked why My payments were so high, so he asked if I used my data often and I usually dont. So we made an amendment to my monthly bill. Thanks Fernando

Terrible customer service. The representatives think because they cant spot a problem wrong with your device that youre automatically wrong and need to go. I will be talking to cooperate and handling this problem myself.

Had to leave and come back due to them having to take more than a half hour with the 3 people on the floor. Need more employees for lunch rush!! Also had obscene rap music playing loudly over the speakers. :/

All signage except for the exit sign is in Spanish. The employees had Urban gangster rap with lyrics that are obscene and indecent blasting. This is a corporate store, but Ill never go back.

Surat is really good but this store is unusually crowded except around the closing time. I prefer to go to the store in the mall 5 mile away even though this place is just a mile away

Costumer service sucks. Too many Mexicans working there with heavy accents and they dont care about anything go to the one in gurnee about 5 miles away

Customer service was excellent, they went above and beyond. Much better staffed than the location on Grand in "Gurnee" (Waukegan)!
