I brought my iPhone 6 to the Apple store due to a cracked screen. Apple told me the way my phone was cracked that they could not replace the screen. Apple offered me one option, which was a full phone replacement for $299! I took my phone to UBreakiFix immediately after the Apple store. UBreakiFix not only was able to replace my phone screen but was able to fix it for an affordable cost. Christian, an employee at uBreakiFix, was a huge help. I was unable to pick my phone up that night, and had forgotten that I had homework documents saved to my phone. I called Christian and told him what the issue was and he was able to send me the necessary documents to my email with in a few minutes. Im not sure if this would have been the case if my phone had been at the Apple store. Thank you Christian and uBreakiFix. I highly recommend this business for iPhone repairs.

My iPhone was having issues, forcing me to be in restore mode. I tried to fix it on my own for a couple of hours with no success. I then went to the Apple Store, and they could not fix it either, claiming it was a hardware issue that meant I needed a new phone. In desperation, I went to ubreakifix, and picked it up in 24 hours. They said that it was broken, and they couldnt fix it. Due to the fact that it was working on night, and then dysfunctional the next morning, I believe that it is fixable. I would give them 1 star for not fixing it however they charged me nothing for their effort, so they deserved some credit.

I found this place on Google. I was so frustrated with the way my laptop was running so slowly. Its actually a new laptop. The store I purchased it from insisted everything was fine, but I was about to throw it out the window. Ubreakifix did just what the name says. They discovered the problems, fixed them, installed things I needed, recommended and showed me how to do everything I needed to do and introduced me to new stuff that I never thought Id be able to do. All this and the price was a third of what I expected to pay. I am so grateful to have some to help me that knows what theyre doing!

I had not even heard uBreakiFix until I was referred by a friend after discussing iPhone trouble. I showed up with a phone that had a garbage battery life and a broken screen. I left with a iPhone 5, thats right 5, that literally looked brand new. The entire staff was personable and super helpful, and most importantly, they fixed my phone dirt cheap compared to what I would have had to invest to get a new one. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially as the price of smart phones continue to sky rocket!!

The staff was great. It didnt take very long for my phone usb port to be repaired on my Galaxy S5 . I recommend this place to anyone who has physical damage on their phone versus making a insurance claim and paying a lot for a deductible with the cell phones. Cheaper way to fix a physical problem rather then have an insurance claim and pay a high deductible. Definitely go to this place if your phone has physical damage and not a warranty issue.

I had such a great experience with this locatoin just this past Sunday! I shattered my I Phone 6 screen, and called Apple - which they quoted me over $300 to fix the screen, and I would have to send it off. I called this location, and brought in my phone for them to look at. I paid $129 for a new screen - and the repair took only an hour! The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would refer anyone to this! The phone looks like new!

Staff appeared to be very knowledgeable about my issue and were able to answer all the questions I had. Communication about the both the repair process itself and the legal side of things (liability waiver, etc) was clear and concise, and I was able to drop off my phone and be in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes. Pickup was equally efficient, and the repairs and repair costs were exactly as expected. Seriously well done.

I took my iphone to the Apple store and was told the water damage (actually liquid detergent) couldnt be fixed. When looking on my computer for a new phone UBREAKIFIX came up. I called them and they gave me hope. I took it in to the shop and within less than 48 hours I got my WORKING iphone back. The cost was very reasonable. The people in the store were very friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

When Apple dropped the ball, I drove passed uBreakiFix and was quickly impressed with the personal customer service and pleased with the information provided. They were able to change my iPhones charging port and also replaced my cracked screen for a reasonable fee. I got a sweet deal and Id recommend this store. I also got tempered glass on my screen so its protected from any more screen cracks. Very happy.

The guys here were so helpful! My iPhone 6 screen cracked and i walked in and they were ready and willing to help. They worked out a deal with me and have reasonable prices as well as they put a glass screen cover over for extra protection for free! Theyre loyal to their customers and are quick( phone was fixed in 45 mins or less!) highly recommend them especially for screen cracks !

After months of dealing with a broken screen on my Nexus 5, I finally stopped in to see if they could fix it. In between the time when they ordered the glass from another store and its arrival I found a competitor with a lower price. uBreakiFix matched the price and my phone was good as new the next day.
