We went in to get a problem with a phone diagnosed (ended up being hardware) and they then recommended replacing the phone. The person helping us figured out the best and cheapest way to do this, and proceeded to transfer the data from the old phone to the new one. FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. If you want quick service, I recommend not using this store.

I love this store! Excellent customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store by all the employees. Was in and out fast for a phone store. Younger group of kids working, they were really smart and funny as well. Recommend this store, it is way better than any other phone store. A+

The store manager, Luke is rude and in the wrong business [customer service ]. Waited 25 minutes for service while the " service adviser was working on his moms phone!! Stay away from US [we abuse U} cellular, their the worst. They use to be the best! But no longer!

So far (4 months) Ive set up service and been shopping there about 8 times, my experience has been that the store manager and most of the employees have worked very hard and been very considerate. They also seem very very knowledgeable about the job they do.
