Ok, and scene: The service here was HORRIBLE! I walk in and was ignored and got serviced behind others because I didnt speak Spanish! (So of course the entire staff was of Latin descent) No problem, Im a brown person myself, after being given the run around by employee Yuliana, with her condescending tone and time wasting attitude, I walked out the store with a damage phone & no direction! Not to add insult to injury But there was NO manager on duty to at least help me relieve my problem. Im so upset and still without a phone, I love T-Mobile but this is absolutely unacceptable.

Brought my own SIM Card in to get setup on my Unlocked Celly. They have no idea what to do. Two days later I am still without service. Spent twenty minutes on the phone with India, to be told to call back tomorrow. Still no service. Not a Happy Camper.

No one knows what they are doing. They messed up a promo an was told I will receive a phone call to resolve and of course I received no call, and the manager was too busy to come out from the back to talk an resolve the issue. Ridiculous!
