The worse place my husband asked the sales man a question they all got hostile tours him he ask them why when we cross the Illinois border we dont have no service one of them answer we not responsible for the false advertising my husband toll them that is not what I ask one sales man toll my husband to get out of the store or they will call the police my husband did nothing wrong we are paying customers we have the right to ask questions bur I guess when they LIE LIE LIE I can go on end on on these store but I dont think is worth

Went in for the new S8 promotion and was told I dont qualify and didnt explain other options available to my daughter and I.!! Was very abrupt and unfriendly. Seemed as though he just wanted us to leave. Find out later that there were other options available to us for switching but was never told this by him. We WERE ready to switch that day.

I received great care. I came in to add a line everything was smooth. I was incorrectly billed one of the months and i was able to resolve that same day all within a couple of hours. Honestly great service and great location! Very quick turn out!! Definately getting my upgrade or new lines done here again! Thank you!
