I hate to allow 1 person to sour my experience at this store. However, I was highly disappointed with the attitude of Gail. Shes rude, impersonable and highly unprofessional. She huffed and puffed because I asked her about purchasing a case for my tablet. There werent any on the sales floor, so she had to go to the back to get it. It took her only 2 minutes max to bring out the case. I tried it on my tablet and when I wanted to remove it for purchase, my tablet was stuck. I asked for Gails assistance in removing the case and what did I get, yet another huff and puff. She then also accused me misplacing the plastic tray from the packaging. Im disgusted and appauled. I will be contacting her supervisor in the morning because the store is now closed.

Excellent service, helped me upgrade to new droid Razr and showed me the new xyboard tablets. I didnt feel pressured at all, my salesperson was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the tablets, asked questions and showed me how it would benefit me and how I could utilize it in my business and personal life. They gave me a great discount on the accessories I needed and actually had a promotion on buying the tablet, which was great. I would definitely recommend Verizon to my friends and family. I am loving my new phone and tablet. Thank you

So happy to be back with Verizon!! I was a fool to go to sprint. I was helped by Raul and he was awesome. Great store and friendly atmosphere! They were low on phone selections and cases but thats understandable when you have a buy one get one deal going on. Love my phone love the service. Only down fall was they told me that my bill with the 2 phones and tablet would be around $130.. yaaaa my bill is $230. not to happy about that.
