1. The sales agents are nice and knowledgeable. But BEWARE 2. They added $300 worth of accessories to my financing plan telling me that all accessories were INCLUDED with the current t-mobile promotion. I was only told the total of my monthly bill. 3. Upon review of my receipt at home I found that all accessories (almost $400) were included in my financing plan. Not free, only hidden in my monthly payment. 4. Without thinking much of the "misunderstanding" giving the nice agent the benefit of the doubt, I returned the next morning still with sealed packages explaining that I only wanted to simply activate the phones with the current free 2nd samsung galaxy promotion and did not need anything extra. Here is where the FRAUD AND INTENT TO DECEIVE BECAME CLEAR: I was told if I wanted to return any accesory, I needed to return also the brand new phones I had just activated as a new customer. But there was simply no way I could just get the phones. And since I had traded in my old cell phones, I could not get those back, so I was going to be without phones until I called Tmobile directly to send me new ones. Plus pay a $100 restocking fee. Somewhere in between she also said "tell me what you want to do cause you are going to hurt my sales numbers". What? Simple, I called TMOBILE directly and reported their fraudulent practices using their current promotion to force you to take accessories. TMOBILE was shocked! BE CAREFUL!

Went into this store on 9/10/16 and Manager Jesenia Hernandez attended me. Let me tell you I came in with several questions inquiring about service and she had all the proper answers for me. She even gave me a great promo for service with a free phone! I was hesitant about coming in due to reviews but I will say it was a pleasant experience and she is by far the best person to come to. She made sure to take care of me and my needs and I thank her for that. I will always come back here and bring this store business and tell my friends and family to come and work with her thank you Jesenia for making nd a me customer and getting me set up!

THE MANAGER JESENIA HERNANDEZ GAVE MY EX MY PASSCODE! She also let him take off one of my phone lines without my consent..WHO DOES THAT!? I cant even get into MY OWN account without my info... Tried calling 611 and they are basically saying theres nothing they can do! I think its time to get a lawyer for breach in contact. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of in my life! DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE If you value your privacy ( She didnt realise she just gave him access to my Email,fb, Instagram, EVERYTHING! Im so angry...GREAT WAY TO BE PROFESSIONAL TMOBILE smh ...youll be hearing from me!!!!!!!
