I visited this location 27-8 April while visiting my parents for the weekend. Amy, Basil and crew were fabulous, helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. I purchased the Samsung S8. Great phone. They gave me a great deal on accessories as well. My only complaint is I spent a few hours in the store and when I got back to my parents house there was no box for my new phone, and they hadnt loaded my old SD card in my new phone. I live in Nebraska and I was promised my phone box and SD card in the mail since April 28th. It is now June 8th and I still dont have my items. Ive called a couple times weekly since and have been told "its in the mail", followed by "I forgot to mail it", "promise to mail it tomorrow", "I will give you the tracking number tomorrow"....and the excuses mount. I need my SD card. Advice to customers is to triple check they do all they promise as they update your phones and ensure you depart with all of your items. If I had my items 5 stars!

I have been trying to get a $100 phone credit from Basil for the last seven months. His staff sold us phones with inaccurate pricing. He has stated three times now that the credit will get applied within the next 1-2 days. So far these statements have all been lies. I will never buy from this store again. When the store manager makes promises and doesnt keep them how can I believe the regular staff will. Very disappointed as I have given Basil multiple opportunities to make this right. I know it isnt a whole lot of money at the end of the day however this amount was agreed upon by both parties and so far Sprint has failed miserably at delivering. Basil has also completed dropped the ball on responding. Every discussion or update on what is going on with the credit has been from me initiating the conversation. Never has Basil called me back as he stated he would during the many conversations we have had.

This review is solely based on the individuals that work in this store. Joshua the manager who took the time to explain the differences in all the phone cases, and didnt just push me towards the most expensive item on the shelf. He also helped me order my VR unit. Thanks, Joshua. Manny who initially helped me decide which phone was best for my needs, and at no time tried to upsell, or push me towards an item that I did not want. Each and every employee at this location made my shopping experience that much more enjoyable. Kudos to this Westcheater store. Can you hear that, Verizon?

Basil and Nico were absolutely fantastic. Not only were they professional and helpful they were also enthusiastic and funny interacting with us and the other customers that were waiting for their phones to be backed up. Ive come in two times before and they were so kind and helpful in every way and even when things were challenging with my situation helped out tremendously. Both of them deserve a massive pay increase and promotion! Fantastic, fantastic service!!!

Was having a nightmare for over a month trying to resolve my Note 7 replacement! After 15 minutes of having Nico help me out he got it resolved. 3 Best Buys, 2 other Sprint stores, Samsung and an hour and 6 minutes on the phone with Sprint customer service all combined couldnt do what this man did in 15 minutes! Miracle workers over there. They just earned all my future business!

They took great care of me here. I purchased my phone at another store and regret that mistake because the store in Lombard down the street didnt apply my discount or auto pay like they promised. Basil the manager fixed my issues and has some of the best customer service I got and helped me get a better plan. Will always come back here from now on.

Was a great experience at this location!!! All the associates there were extremely helpful and friendly. Adrian explained many accessories to me that he thought would be useful , He was truly attentive to my needs and I walked out of there a very happy camper . Because I have been trying to get a question answered at this location f I r at least six months on a whim I asjed Nico the and he answered the question immediately without hesitation and he was correct after I have told a number of times at different locations that it could nit be done on this phone.
