Terrible experience both times I went to this store. The very first time I went in, the employees literally got into a fight bickering back and forth about who was getting my sale. Then, I was completely lied to by the sales associate that took care of me. He made up a loyalty package which included a "free" pair of beats. I later found out that this package does not exist! It was then nearly impossible to return the beats and he continued to make up lies as he attempted to cover his tracks. Another sales associate actually told me he is scamming people because they get a higher commission on accessories. So disgusting.

I had a very good experience at this store. I had been to another location that I had not been happy with and since I was in the mall holiday shopping I decided to stop by. Best decision I ever made! They were able to fix all the issues I had encountered and was able to upgrade to a new galaxy for only the taxes up front.

Not very honest. They said they offer unlimited tethering with unlimited plans, but they forgot to mention that tethering is limited to about 500k. They also forgot to mention that they will do credit check (while purchasing line without a contract or phone). That was Mr. Subach.

This store is awesome, went into the store looking to upgrade, even though they were packed they were very thorough and got me out in a timely manner, I definitely recommend this store to anyone that wants a great customer service experience.

Hands down best T-mobile Ive gone to. Came in with a problem with my phone. They were able to solve the issue and they actually were able to get me more data for the same amount I was paying for already~! I love this location
