I just called to see how much they charge for replacing my screen. I have a Samsung galaxy s7, he insisted that my phone was the "New " one which it is not they have a s8 now, but he said 600.00!!!!!! 600 for a replacement screen!!?? Are they nuts!!! My insurance is 175! I was just hoping to get 100 or so! Do not go to them! They clearly want to rip people off!

I came to this place looking for a specific battery, I searched for it all over Kenosha, in my mind I was saying if they didnt have, no one will. When I went in I just told the guy 18650 and he showed me several options. Thats why I love these small sized businesses, where I get all the attention. Let me not forget the great customer service. Although a bit pricier than most online sources, Batteries Plus Bulbs delivered an effortless experience, almost instant order availability, plus a personal call to tell me it was ready for pickup. I dont know what else they could have done to make the experience more positive.

Bob was amazing! I brought in my phone for a screen repair late one night. He was extremely friendly, efficient, and did a great job! I had my phone back after 45 minutes! Could not have asked for a better experience, this being my first time at a Batteries Plus. Definitely wouldnt have been this way without Bob! Thanks again!

Went to Batteries Plus to get a battery for the key fob for my car. They thought it was a problem with the fob but when I got back to my car, could not get it started. Ended up having to have my car towed to the dealership, where they informed me the battery was put in backward. Ended up costing me over $200.

I got a new phone screen and the touch ID didnt work immediately after and now after less than a week the screen has popped out and the screen doesnt work. I wouldnt not recomend going here. Rude service as well.

Extremely horrible quality screen replacment. Didnt work correctly after the first day. Then, dropped it on to my CARPETED floor from barley 2 feet up, and it cracked again. Horrible.
