They give you a discount if you review them well in-store. Ive had a lot of problems since I had a screen replacement on my phone. The first time I got it back, the screen was peeling up and the adhesive was smeared on the screen. There were also 5-6 dead pixels when it was returned to me. I took it back the next day because it started coming off even worse, and even though I pointed out the problem the day before; they insisted it was my fault even though the adhesive was still smeared across the screen. The worker was quite condescending, and I would not reccommend this place to anyone.

GREAT-SERVICE!!! highest quality & speed... LG/G3 multiple fractured cracking to the glass/screen, from being dropped out of a coat pocket-- corner of the the phone to the sidewalk, left the phone inoperable and all data un-transferable/lost. Walked into the store a little after 12noon and picked up the phone about 10 to 1p... bout 45min... Clean store- Great communication/service- LG. brand screen/glass- Craftsman installation- Expeditious repair- You get what you pay for here... ...ask for indy

Very honest and fast service. Also reasonable pricing and friendly staff. I was in need of a charging port replacement and battery change and it was an emergency. As many of us we need our phones for work. I was taken care of right away and was fixed within an hour. My phone is back and running and could not be happier. Highly recommend this place and will for sure be comimg back for all my repair needs. Thank you guys!

Best customer service experience Ive had in years. Went in to unlock my apple iPhone and the guy behind the counter was not only welcoming and talkative, but he had no problems looking me in the eye and telling me what was up or down. I payed for the service and my phone was unlocked within the hour. Go to them for services and repair! They are a diamond in the rough of the Chicago burbs.

I had prom today , and I needed my phone fixed right away so the told me to come back and bring my receipt so I can have my warranty on it. I went home and my mom told me she threw away my receipt I came back and they still helped me out by giving me the good deal. These guys are really good and really fast at fixing phones. They got it done in 20 minutes !

Was a great experience! Dude was real nice. Did not hesitate to strum up a conversation. Not to mention the quality of the work. My screen and he shell of the phone was pretty banged up. But with a few adjustments. He fixed it and Made it look brand new. Will definetly come back with any future problems. :)

Geeksquad couldnt help me. Sprint was clueless as always. These guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Very fast, friendly, and high quality service. I dropped my Samsung galaxy s5 broke the LCD I couldnt see anything on the screen. They were able to replace the screen in 30 mins while I waited. Very well price too, compared to other places I looked at going to. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Apple wanted up to 5 business days to fix a broken iphone 7+ screen but IL Cell Phone repair said they could get it done in 30-40 minutes. The associate who worked on my phone was very accommodating and stayed 20 minutes after their closing time to make sure my phone was fixed. Screen is flawless now!

My iPhone 6 would not charge and I would have to place my phone at different angles and pressures for the phone to charge. I thought I had to buy a new phone. I took it here and within 30 minutes, my phone was back to working normal. The phone is basically brand new again! Highly recommend this place!

Jesse did a wonderful job on my cracked iPhone 6 screen. It was badly cracked with a damaged LCD. Apple wouldnt fix it and other places were charging a lot. He replaced the screen and lcd for $129! Only took 25 minutes too. Great job!!
