Went in to active a new line. There is a refer a friend program. Dude (looked like a manger or an owner) told me that if i add the number to my existing account Ill get the 25 bucks refer a friend credit. Second, I told him I wanted the $40 plan for the new line.. Today I log in to cricket to check my account.. he set it up the plan for the $60 plan. Oh and i opened up chat to confirm my refer a friend credit. Apparently I dont qualify because it has to be a new account. His screw up cost me 45 bucks. Looking at the other reviews this looks like a standard practice there.

This is no good place. Woman at store sold and charged me without asking. I ended up over pay $155.00. That included also phone case she just rung up without asking and charged me. Even she put the plan for highest price. After I complained, they never give me credit back. Better go to game stop to buy.

As much as i like cricket I will never buy from this store. The owner is an a****** Will argue with the costumers and have a fit about returning you money back. There is a lot of cricket stores, dont go to this one. Would give negative stars but cant
