Stephanie is the worst associate you can get. She will kick you out and curse at you as you leave telling you not to come back. The attitude she had with my family and I was totally in unacceptable and unnecessary. Instead of talking like a decent human being, she was acting like a person with no morals or respect. We were trying to open up more phone lines on to our family plans and it looks like the 2 family plans we have will be canceled. They obviously care more about acting ignorant and showing "whos boss" yelling across the room and cursing people out instead of having satisfied customers. I have been going here for a few years now along with my husband and his parents. We never have came across a person with such ruthless behavior. Not one of the other workers bothered to calm her down. I mean why would they? With that mouth she had Im sure they are scared of getting introuble for helping out customers and telling her how wrong she was. If you are having a bad day keep it to yourself. Do not take it out on others who are only trying to bring more business to your store.

This store is the worst t-mobile Ive visited. I was laughed at when I brought in a phone I was having trouble with. The best quote of the night was "Well now you learned your lesson. You didnt buy it at THIS store, so we cant help you." On another visit, I came in looking for the package of generic "cut yourself" screen protectors. I was told without question "they dont make those, and we dont carry them." As I turned to leave the store, I saw them on the rack. That visit I came in trying to check out phones, it turns out that they have mostly dummy phones on display, so theyre not even good for testing out hardware. I am quite pleased with T-mobile in general. Stores are usually helpful. This particular store is BAD.

Only have been there once and it was a pleasant experience with helpful staff. Compared to many T-Mobile stores, this one is usually quiet and pretty solemn, in fact while usually passing through I always see some of the workers inside bored with their palms against their face leaning over the counter. So if you live nearby and say you might happen to go to the T-Mobile store in Melrose Park by the Fedex, stop right on by. I doubt youll wait in long lines here.

Worst customer service, I returned a IPhone 6 Plus back on 10/31/16 and supposedly they never documented it . So now Im paying for a phone that I turned in ... Called customer service and my account showed the phone was turned in by the serial number... Id advise you to go to the store in Melrose Park . They have top notch employees who are people friendly and very thorough

Every time I call for questions, instead of telling me may I put you on hold. She decides to hang up. Very unprofessional and rude, Im done calling this T-Mobile for anything. Its almost like she doesnt want to work there. I want an employee who actually gives a crap about there customers.

Greatest T-Mobile location Ive been to. Came in the first time during a very busy hour and they helped out everyone quickly. The rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. I typically do everything online but will definitely be returning to this location.

Friendly staff and helpful. I had to lower my billing and they helped me best they can.. exactly what I was expecting. Parking is tricky as the lot is small and other store chains share the lot!!
