Visited the store yesterday. Asked to upgrade to IPhone7 and the sales person gave me IPhone7 Plus (the bigger edition not the one I wanted) Then the assistant manager told the salesperson to transfer my number back to my old Iphone6 and charged me 70$ restocking fee (couse the salesperson opened the iPhone box) (that even wasnt a mistake on my end but I had to pay for their mistake. Soon after the salesperson told me that she gave me IPhone 7 Plus because the Spring Store were out of Regular size IPhone 7. Im not gonna mention that that assistant manager had a big mouth and using very improper language including saying : "If you dont want that phone then go somewhere else" and refused to serve me loyal Sprint customer since 2001 and didnt offer me any solution to the problem. Simply kicked us out from their store. No respect. Poor Customer Service.

I have been to several Sprint stores over the years-- this store is The Best! The Store Manager, Marcin T., helped me retrieve data that I thought would be completely lost. Fortunately, he is brilliant and I have all my data! This is my second time at this store, and this will be the only Sprint store I will go to from now on. I am greeted kindly and I dont feel like I am bothering someone behind the counter. The staff has consistently been really helpful. It is a really well managed store. Wheres the CEO of Sprint to notify them of this model store, whose culture ought to replicated at other Sprint stores? In a nutshell, I highly recommend this place to shop, shop, and shop for Spring phones!

First time there & I loved it. Place is nice and clean. The Representive that I was talking to Nina was very kind, professional & helpful. Best customer services Ive ever receive. Believe me theres not a lot of worker that enjoy their job. Nina right away asked us what we needed help with & got right to it. Just like I like it! Knew what she was talking about & definily will be coming here again. Really recommand it.

Workers here are unprofessional and dishonest! I walked in to buy a SIM card and get my sprint phone activated, and they literally lied to me, saying that they dont have any sprint SIM cards! The employees were not helpful and simply just did not care! Do not waste your time here!

Patrick was very helpful and resourceful. He assisted with transferring data from my old phone to my new iPhone 8, as well as assisted me with purchasing the Otterbox Defender case. The staff at 79th and Harlem displayed great customer service and were very nice!

Definitely the best customer service around!!! Not only for a Sprint store but any store. They have highly knowledgeable representatives that are extremely helpful. I would rather go here for any cellular inquiries than call Sprint customer service.

Stopped by due to some problems with our phones and the sales rep Jay not only fixed our phone issues but got me and aunt into new iPhone 7 pluses as well. He was great and very knowledgeable. Will recommend this store to all family and friends !
