If youre shopping here, dont expect to be able to try on clothes and get your friends opinions too. I was shopping with my sister, who wanted my opinion on an outfit she was trying on, but the store clerk barred me from entering the fitting room area entirely. Clearly this store does not understand that getting the opinions of your friends is very important in womens decisions to purchase clothes. A store that does not understand its clientele and respect their needs is undeserving their money.

I would give 0 stars if I could but I dont have the option. I have been shopping at Harlem for YEARS and the one time they forgot to take off the censor tags and I came without a receipt and they wouldnt take it off is absurd. They have the power too. I work at the mall myself like why would I come back if I took something? Literally the customer service here needs some redoing and some new management.

I like F21 because its cheap but it is SO DISORGANIZED. You need an hour to just find a cute shirt or something. Some of the girls that work at this location never want to offer you help and then if you do ask them for something they DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS? Wow.

Love the store, but customer service sucks. The cashier, Ana, is so rude. Every time I go there she has a bad attitude like find people who actually love their job.

Trendy, cheap clothes that become worn easily and arent great quality. Accessories and beauty products are also cheap. Employees are really friendly though.

Fitting rooms are so dirty there is gum on the walls and its gross. Looks like a public restroom. And very poor customer service.
