Terrible! Jon S. and Jasmine were of very bad behavior of treating their customers. First off I wanted a temper glass, and they gave me plastic. Showing me the screen protector, there was a 3 pack. Jon messed up putting on one, and I was expected to pay for 2 when there was a 3 PACK!!!! We stood there arguing because she obviously has a right and the customer is wrong in her eyes. The one screen protector is already coming off because he doesnt know how to even apply it. Even after repeating that I wanted to speak to their supervisor, they told me that even if you put it on yourself youre bound to mess up on one too. Well that would clearly be a different story since I would be putting it on and not trained professionals in the store. After calling their boss, they knew they were wrong and the boss told them to give me one more so i would have 3 in total. I recommend never going here because this store is straight up BS. No wonder no one ever goes to sprint! SCAM SCAM SCAM

This store sucks !!!!!! It was one of the worst experiences in my life!!! The representatives in this store gave no customer service skills whatsoever!!! I stood in line waiting to get my new iPhone ( which I waited two months for) and ended up standing in line @this store for an hour !!! There were only two other customers in the store the whole time !!!!! So not to get into a long drawn out specific speech, I will never shop here again!!!!! I will tell all my friends and family members to never come to this store, and I will go on every site thinkable to let anyone thinking of coming to this store, to stay the hell away from it !!!
