My HTC Evos power button stopped working to make the phone "sleep." So I tried calling this Sprint store to see what I could do about it. The phone rang and rang and rang for about thirty minutes, each time saying that all of the attendants were busy helping other customers. Finally, I realized no one was going to answer the phone, so I drove 15 minutes to the store. The attendant then informed me that they stop answering the phones like an hour before closing or something like that. He looked at my phone and informed me that it is a common defect that the Sprint repair store in Elmwood Park will fix for free. I asked him if he could make it so the volume button returned my phone from sleep, as I had seen some people do online. Previous to this, I had to remove the battery and put it back in in order to use my phone. He set this up and I left. However, when I went to the Sprint repair store, they told me that they no longer fix this defect for free on phones under warranty and that it would cost $40. Since I will be getting a new phone in Oct, why would I spend $40 now to fix something that I didnt break? He told me if I had had insurance, they would fix it. I guess I was just under the impression that insurance covered damage that the user inflicted on the phone (submerging it in water, dropping it), not something the company admits is defective. Oh well. So Im giving this Sprint store a 1 for quality and service because they are uninformed about company-wide policies and their lack of information costed me an hour-long drive in order to not get my phone fixed.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Went here to transfer a phone that I owned onto a friends line. Was accused of stealing the phone. Accused that my I.D. was fraudulent (Im from MI, we dont have "holograms" like IL, MI requires being put under a blacklight to see the "watermark" if you will, and therefore my I.D. was "fake") The man was rude, actually everyone in the store was. He would not help me - at all - and then proceeded to tell the whole store by speaking so loudly that my bill was due the day before and maybe thats why my account is locked! NO JERK - my account is locked because you just locked it for being "fraudulent". Needless to say, this took me nearly two and a half hours on the phone with Sprint Customer Service to get corrected, but in the end it was. Thankfully I got a compitent individual on the phone that was able to get everything corrected. This store is a joke, theyre bullies and idiots.

KNOW THIS: When it comes to sales, theyll bend over backwards for you. When it comes to customer service after youve made your purchase, they wont bother looking your way or take your issues seriously. Baggy clothed, pants dropping sprint store reps was a first for me. I was declined swapping phones between another sprint customer and I, without them going into any account details. They just rudely refused and said "We dont do that here, we never done that here" when I asked why this was the response: "Because people steal phones and report them stolen". I couldnt handle the level of stupidity and walked out.

I will start with the fact that I constantly have problems dealing with Sprint corporate over the phone. They keep dropping the ball on me, but the bright side is the store reps at HIP battle with them and fix it. Thank you Agnes and Elise for your amazing work. Honestly if it wasnt for these two I would have switched to Verizon. Lesson learned: never do anything with your plan over the phone, always visit the store they know what they are doing and they look out for you. Good job Agnes and Elise and thank you for putting up with my problems.

Went in for a case and screen protector for my new phone and was pleasantly surprised by the good service I received! Elise was very helpful, relaxed and patient (Im a very annoying customer!). She also gave me space and wasnt crazy pushy; Ive worked for cell phone companies in the past and its very commission-driven so I always appreciate sales associates who give you time to make your own decision. That being said, I wasnt able to get EXACTLY what I wanted, which is why no 5 stars,but I am happy with the service I received.

The manager which was a guy, kept his eye on me the whole time like I was about to shoplift, he only acknowledged me when I inquired about accessories and realized I was a sprint customer. He then gave me false information saying I had a $4000 spending limit on my account which was false. I will never go back to this store the customer service there was bad , and disrespectful.

I will leave this brief. Because of how I was taken advantage of at this store and lied to... I am leaving Sprint. I am disgusted that I gave Sprint any of my hard earned money. Go Anywhere else. By the way... the mistake was made at this store back in February. After months of complaining and asking for help.. I still have the SAME issues!

Scheduled an appointment but when I got there, 4 people were waiting and only one person was working. He didnt even acknowledge that a new customer had walked in so we left and went to the next closest store which had much better customer service

They told me it was easier to get a new number instead of porting one over even though you had to port one over to be eligible for the promotion I was in there asking about. That is the laziest and worst sales experience that I have ever had.
