This place is horrible. I understand why the Kmart stores have been dying off. I had layaway for Christmas here... They lost my entire order, I made my payment early. They had to go around and find the items all over again. I was so frantic because it was within 5 days before Christmas, this layaway had every toy that my kids were going to have under the tree. So I count and look over all the items seemed it was all there. Wrapping presents and realize 2 of the toys were not the same ones as I had originally and another item was broken. It was just a disaster. While in line to talk to the manager I found out I wasnt the only one this had happened to the week of Christmas. A parents true nightmare!!!

Hackers from Illinois are apparently shopping at the pharmacy of this location using my debit card. I am a one bedroom apartment newly wed who lives in Alexandria Virginia. I would appreciate, whomever is stealing my money, to please stop. I have placed a dispute against these charges and aim to find who is it that is going to what sounds like a ridiculously ghetto KMart and setting my money ablaze with whatever worthless crap they are buying here. This KMart, though Ive never seen it or heard of it, is negatively impacting my life!

The worst costumer service yet.Manager of the store Baha was rude and unhelpful. We bought electric lawnmower late fall (end of season sale) to find out that it doesnt work longer than 30min at a time when we try to use it for the first time this spring. So we tried to exchange it ,but since its over 30 days he turned us down. The law mover us in perfect co condition and obviously we couldnt use it in the winter. Ugh.

The bathrooms are atrocious here...I found urine all over the toilet seats and all of the bathrooms were missing toilet paper. I informed the manager, or who I assumed was the manager as he was wearing casual dress clothes, and his reply was, "I know." Well get it together buddy! As a matter of fact, why dont you start cleaning it and then fire the guy whos "suppose" to be cleaning it. Tsk tsk tsk

Really close to my home kmart thats the only reason Ill go there ..prices are little bit higher than walmart...if you got the rewards cards in kmart its good cause you getting points and u can exchange points for shopping there...parking lot its realy big...bathroom inside are sometimes dirty...people working there not really friendly and dont know where is what...cashiers are good

There is nothing good about this store. One person was actually friendly to help me find couple stuff. other just keep saying that this is not their department. Cashiers are lazy and one of them was chewing gum very loud. I felt like I was in some ghetto store. One kid didnt even know how to use a vacuum to clean coffee than someone dropped on the floor... Just go to Target.

Although I love Kmart, this store needs a bit of a face lift. The employees are mostly high school aged kids that dont really care to help you and are just mingling with fellow employees. Costumer service is blah and no one seems to care about your needs. The isles need a little TLC too.
