Customer service needs A LOT of improvement. I had asked my friend to look for someone to assist us in the floral section, and she just pointed in the direction where the flowers were (not acknowledging what we even needed help with) & continued to walk away without stopping for two seconds to answer our actual question. We then tried to find someone else, and she did the same thing, pointed in one direction without showing us where the item was. Ive worked in retail and customer service for many years and this by far was the most rude and incompetent staff. If people are having a bad day or dont care to help people out, they should stay home.

This joanns has an awesome selection of buttons, however its for a price. the staff is unwilling to help and rather rude, when i asked where to find the knitting section, the woman just waved me in a general direction. they are inconsistent with corporate policy, meaning most joanns i have been to take competitors (michaels) discount coupons, this joanns refused. as well, i just called to speak to a manager and the womans response was "i dont know when shell be in, i cant help you". i would rather go without my crafting than visit this place again.

Service is the worst. All of the women act as if customers interrupt their activities. They also act as if they have the worst life of anyone on this earth. Bad attitudes everytime I go in. Theyve all been there for years. I have no idea why there hasnt been a manager in to straighten them up or replace them! One more thing, they never answer their phone. Very bad

I was disappointed in this location. I would normally go to the location in the city off Elston, but needed spray paint (which you cant buy in city limits) and wanted to get everything I needed at one location. The store is small, aisles are cramped, lighting is dark, and it was freezing in there. I think I am spoiled with the huge JoAnns on Elston in the city.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am not a sewing person. Often for our troop I need to learn a skill in order to teach our girls. The staff especially Debbie, the manager and Toni are fabulous and helpful. Even the gentleman who work here are incredibly helpful. This is my favorite place to go when I need craft help!

Store is still open, I was there yesterday. American Mattress is in front and has closed down, Joann Fabrics is around the back of the building. Aside from the bad location, I found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price and the staff was very helpful. I am replacing the cover on my workout bench.

Not the biggest joanns ever, and an older store (dont expect the floors, fixtures and walls to be gleaming and bright), but a nice selection, friendly staff, and not overcrowded with shoppers. Shop the sales, check the clearance, get the joanns app for great price savings and coupons.

I can not believe someone actually thinks the service is less than awesome ........Maybe someone one was having a bad hair day... we all have those once in a while.......I hope you give them another chance.......you will be happy you did........my favorite store.

Today July 31 20016 I went too Joanna store on Harlem and when I asked the cashier for help she only told me its me and another person why dont they hired more people too work there . If that store was full with people smh

This JoAnns is small and might not have everything, but the staff, most of whom have been there for years, are really friendly and helpful, and this makes it my favourite location to shop at.

They have everything but you must be an expert otherwise it will take you a while to search. Store is a bit outdated with no nfc payments
