Beware! Pay attention at thee self checkout lanes. We were cheated twice in couple of days on change. It wasnt much but the way I look at it is if the machine cheats a thousand customers on change then its TARGETs profit. The first time, the supervisor gave us the change back with no questions asked after the machine failed to do it as if he knew that the self checkout had been having problems. But today I got really mad because my two boys went in to get snacks and the two cashiers on duty, Bill and Anna, refused to help them out making jokes such as "hopefully if you will put a dollar in a dollar with right change will come out" AND "we were not paying attention to what you were doing so how do we know how much you put in". I mean WTF!!! Although they are just young teens, they are still PAYING CUSTOMERS! I called Target and the supervisor had no remorse just some lame excuses! Fyi, they were about to close maybe that was the problem... It is not about the $1 but the facts... people just be aware of the self checkout...

I just went there to try on clothes and was treated like a criminal. The woman at the desk asked me how many outfits I was trying on, and I answered. She then asked me to hold up the items so she could count them for herself. She then assigned me and three other customers to specific changing rooms, even though all of the rooms were open. Afterwards, I returned the items I didnt want on the rack. When I went to turn in my number, she asked me where my other items were and made me retrieve them from the rack for her. I understand wanting to cut back on theft, but Im a usual shopper there and have never had the problem before. I just did not appreciate being treated like that, and I dont think Ill be shopping there for clothes anymore.

i love this target.I shop here all the time! The reason i give this store 4 stars and not 5 is it lacks in employees willing to help find items. I was looking for an item one day and i asked an employee if they had it and she said "I dont think so. But if so it would be over there (and pointed). But Im not sure if we got those in this year." I was thinking "Well maybe you could walk over here with me and look with me that would be good customer service." Also it doesnt seem as if the cashiers are very friendly. They dont seem like they are very happy to be there. But other than the customer service being on the poor end...This Target is beautiful! Its clean and well maintained!

This Target is one of my favorite Targets in the area. Its a bonus that its attached to a mall (Harlem and Irving Plaza Mall). Im not a huge fan of the bi-level Targets. The people working there are pretty helpful when you need them. The Starbucks is hit or miss as far as the amount of time it takes to get your order. Theyre also usually pretty organized compared to other Targets. TIP: walk thru all the aisles, especially the outside of the aisles to find things that are placed on clearance. Another tip, park upstairs (2nd floor). Lots of parking usually during the week and a little better than other areas in the weekend.

This was the first time Ive been to this location. I love how big this store is. They have a better variety of products compared to the stores in the city. I was able to find what I needed and ended up spending about an hour looking around. Their staff is attentive and friendly. I love the Starbucks in the front, where I can get a hot chocolate while I shop. Ample parking was a plus too.

Salesman name Tony & his manager name Lisa lied to me they have such policy that one customer can only buy one nook ereader at a time on Nov 24 2012. I called target customer service and they said they dont have such policy but the salesman & manager insisted their groundless "policy". At last they sold one nook to me which is already opened. Never return again! Worst target store ever!

Ive been here a few times and always has been a good experience. They even have a Starbucks inside the entry, plenty of parking but on the weekends it is a bit crowded but there is a 2nd floor parking just in case. Plenty of things to buy, and most of the store is nice and neat. They have two floors so you may have to go up or down the stairs or elevator to get some things.

This store is located in the Harlem & Irving mall. Therefore, lots of parking inside or out. This is one of the smaller stores in the area, so their selection of merchandise is limited. They did not have the item I was looking for, but bought a substitute. They also never seem to have enough registers open as there is always a wait in line. #CityExperts. @Localguides

The best target pharmacy by far. The pharmacists are always kind and curtious, not mention very knowledgeable. Super clean pharmacy, i get my flu shot here every year. Their service is always jimmy johns FAST!! and they found a coupon for my medicine they save me A LOT of money. They really care about their customers thats why i always come back.

The employees gave me so much attitude when I asked why 2 of the same shirts were in different prices. This rude guy told me that clearance is specific but it was too much attitude for a question. I hate target now. I bought some shirts for 3 or 5 dollars but I had to hunt for them. Someone gave me a gift card

I was shopping in this target and 2 fully grown men harassed my familia and I. we were told to leave because we were looking at toys for my great-great grandson. it was is 1/2 birthday and we were just looking for toys and we were kicked out and I wasnt able to buy my gifts. #freex

Has a nice selection just dont go overboard cause it is a mall location and u can only take the cart full of your finds out so far in the parking garage before the anti thief wheels lock up.. Overall organized and clean. Jewel department and elevators could use some love.

The name was misleading. Potter was not here. The bathroom did not transport me to the Ministry. Despite these setbacks, the prices were magical and calmed my rage. 3 out of 5 stars. You will gain the other two when your wands cast magic and not vibrations.

I called there to see if they have a video game in stock. The phone ring ring ring and then transfered me back havin a menu. This happened 4 times in a row. I transferred to the operator and waited on hold 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

This place needs some self checkout counters. Its in the middle of a mall yet only two cashier stations were open during a weekend day, when more people are out shopping. One shouldnt have to wait 10+ minutes in line to pay for two items.

They have everything you need, they have food, clothes, school supplies, drinks, video games, media, everything else you need. I love their service and I hope to have a great time there. Recommend this place to everyone.
