This is the worst target ever. I dont normally post but really the worst ever customer service is rude, not helpful this is my second time here just to make sure that I was not the issue and nope its them corporate really needs to look at them and the reason people dont normally come here is because there crap is over priced please go to another store dont give this target your business. Not only did security follow me the first time but they actually were requesting assistance on the radio thinking I did not here them. While leaving I was asked to show proof of purchase on everything I purchased which was no problem because I did purchase all my items they are truly the worst and made me feel like scum as if I stole something really people go to another target dont waste your time here!!!! This target sucks!!!!!!

I actually got there when they opened so everyone (employees) where very courteous. My only slight disappointment was when I asked they lady in the boys deapartment ....Do you have any belts while she continued removing shipment from the boxes she looked up and said no right now we dont sorry I said no problem thank you..who Im I to ask her if she was sure...I assumed this was her Department. Well I walked over to the girls dept and the lady in that department name was Yvett. She said good morning and asked if I needed help. I explained to her that I was looking for the belts in the boys dept and the lady in that dept said as of right now no belts. Yvett walked over and looked. around and directed me to the boys belts. WOW Thank you Yvett!

Becoming just like Walmart. Target used to have plenty of lanes open. If lines started to form theyd open another lane. Now theyve installed those rediculous self check registers that never work properly. One or two open Lanes with huge lines and self checkout areas also with huge lines. One employee running in circles trying to help people struggling to get the computer to cooperate. The guy in front of me rang up $62 worth if merchandise then got frustrated trying to pay and just walked out, leaving all the stuff behind. For goodness sake hire real people to work the registers like before! Dont force people to ring up there own stuff or wait in long lines. Dont be like Walmart or I will boycott you too!

Dont shop here with a debit card unless you want to plan on going to your nearest bank to change your PIN number. I caught the tall, lanky clerk at the electronics section watching the different numbers being input into the pad. I asked him what he was doing he seemed confused. Are you kidding me? I brought this up to the manager and said shed take care of it. I came back next week and saw him doing THE SAME THING with the customer in front of me. I told her what was happening and she made a scene. During that fiasco I dropped off my shopping basket and went to the Meijer next door.

Normally this is the target I shop at but after yesterdays experience I will no longer shop at this location. First the store was a mess! But the real problem was when I was exiting the store after purchasing my merchandise I was asked to show my receipt as I was leaving. I asked why all of the people ahead of me were not asked to show their receipts. She told me she saw ALL of them purchase their merchandise and gave me a dirty look for even asking her this. I was furious to say the least. I will never go back to this store and do a lot less of my shopping at Target in general.

I dont think this is the best Target around but yesterday we were shopping there and discovered a gem! Customer service is so far gone that when true customer service happens these days it makes me want to shout THANK YOU! That was how Tamikha (sp?) made me feel in the check out line. She was incredibly friendly, informative and actually packed our bags in a way that I never see anymore. She took the time (but quickly) to pack our stuff (lots of oddball stuff) with care and smiled throughout. And her friendliness and appreciation was genuine! Thank you for this! You made our day!

I love my Target store the cashiers are so helpful and nice to speak to. Its not the associates fault they cant clean up the bathroom as fast as yall nasty people can make a mess. Your there to shop poop at home damn pigs. Only one request stop rearranging my store. The best thing about having a favorite store is knowing exactly where everything is. It doesnt make me shop or buy more if you move my stuff . I just it pissed and I leave.

This Target always, no matter the time, has only 2 cashiers, at times just 1 available. The point is to try to get customers to use the self check out systems. I personally dislike this because the lines are longer in both sections and no one is available to help out if one needs assistance. Floor personal dont seem to know where stuff is kept. During daytime many aisles are blocked due to items being restocked.

This target is very organized, everything is where its supposed to be. You can find things easily, but the placement of soft drinks is really awkward. I can never find just what Im looking for in under 2 minutes. but overall customer service is great, theres never any lines, and when youre buying things the people usually just do it quickly, and they are really nice and they do their job in theyre very efficient

Stop profiling. So when I was there with my black family and we were about to leave they checked our recipt and they said they didnt see two of our items and made us wait as they repeatively check the recipt. Why in my right mind would take two things after buying more than 600 dollars of stuff. It took around 10 minutes until they finally let us go. Stop profiling.

Only pay cash!!!!! They charged me 6 times for one transaction recently, and when I returned an item recently it showed up as a charge not a credit on my account!!!! Also my card was compromised a couple of years ago and had to get a new one with new numbers and such, a big pain. Basically just find another Target....

Who doesnt like Target. I go here at least 2 times a month to restock my house. Also love the cartwheel app - if you dont know what it is please look it up. If you shop at target often its a must have app that helps you save on all your purchases in addition to any red car savings you get as well.

Don’t apply to this store since they’re currently hiring. HR is very rude, called someone in when she didn’t have experience then told her in the interview it’s hard to go based off script that anyone else would of turned her down. A simple, maybe we will call you would of been sufficient.

I used to love this Target. Ive shopped at this Target for the past 13 years and its gone down hill. Its an absolute mess. The restrooms are never cleaned. I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go the Rosemont or Norridge Target.
